Flight was a codeshare with American. American apparently did not complete the reservation so when i arrived at the airport, I could not check in. It took am hour for Jet Blue agents to resolve the issue causing me to nearly miss the flight and lose an hour of my life.
Stripped down air travel experience on AA
Long time taxi’ing on runway and took over an hour to get our bags after getting off airplane
i’ve been trying to correct my AA credit card and account number with no success. i should not be paying for luggage but they charged me due to an error in the spelling of my name Michele H Biettel should be Michele H Beuttel
Pros: "It's American you know what you get"
Cons: "No room as always but you have to wear a mask next to another mouth breather and they still keep it hot!"

Cons: "Every time I fly out of Scranton I’m delayed horribly this time it was so bad I’m stuck in a hotel for the night."

Cons: "Lots of empty seats... during covid/social distancing there should only be 2 ppl in a row especially if there is room...it was crowded and not consistent with signs posted saying stay 6 ft apart"
Cons: "Had paid for main cabin extra but saw other regular coach passengers using up overhead space in section. Other American flights have monitored this to save space for extra fare passengers."

Cons: "At 12:40 p.m. we boarded American Airlines flight 1350 in ATL, just to SIT on plane for 1 1/2 hours (half the time with NO AIR). Computer problems. Had to get off plane, then had to wait in 3 lines. Agents were so UNPROFESSIONAL! Kept saying flight would go... DID NOT go until another plane came in at 9:00 PM! We, needless to say missed our connecting flight to SYDNEY and had to wait til next day and fly to SAN FRANCISCO, then to MELBOURNE, then on to Christchurch. We MISSED out on TWO DAYS of our short trip! which included missed reservations!!"

Cons: "The AA flight from NYC was late arriving at Heathrow, causing me to miss the connection. AA/BA was very good about orienting me to the new plan, but the delay was very inconvenient and being in the last row of the newly arranged flight to Lisbon was downright unpleasant."

Cons: "Flight delayed from 1015 pm departure to 1135pm, so I had to making my arrival at 1am. Hard are the person picking me up. Despite the fact that they moved my flight they closed the Aa lounge at 10 and kick you out, even though they moved my flight"
Pros: "Horrible hospitality. The flight was initially delayed for computer issues which understandably happens. However, we were later switch to another plane 4 hr later, boarded, de iced, taxied, then notified he flight was cancelled at 1 am because the crew hit their maximum work time. We were de-boarded. There was no organization to get vouchers passed out. The hotel ran out of rooms for passengers. The whole trip was 16 hrs delayed and no customer service provided."

Cons: "Seated next to two obese people and when combined with narrow seats made it all but impossible to sit comfortably on my seat. Flight was delayed on the tarmac for almost an hour due to missing part. When flight arrived in SLC, gate wasn't open (at nearly 1 AM) and had to wait on tarmac again for 10-15 minutes."
Pros: "I was so happy I could check in online and boarding was a breeze. I actually got to sit by the window when my original seat was in the middle. So nice of the ladies to suggest it to me."

Cons: "The crew was abrupt, harsh, spoke down to the passengers, sighed, rolled their eyes, etc. It's their job to serve drinks, and attend to passenger requests and needs. They made it seem like they were being put upon to get a glass of hot water or coffee. If someone asked what type of juice they had, they rolled their eyes and answered rudely. No one smiled and seemed friendly"
Cons: "This agent spent 30+ min to check us in through a connection flight to Seattle. He couldn't find my wife's reservation, when it should be in the same reservation as me. He tried 5 times, and still failed. Later we found out at the gate that he was using the wrong name (same last name, different first name). Luckily the American Airline agent at the gate was more than competent and efficient to correct the issue in 5 min."
Pros: "All of the crew was nice and helpful except for one."
Cons: "Although this isn't new info, but the exit row seats are garbage. They should remove a seat and make the remaining seats wider. When trying to use the arm rest table the Flight Attendant just watch me struggle and didn't help. So I just gave up."

Cons: "- Rather uncomfortable seats and minimal leg room for a 5'11'' / 180 lbs passenger - Flight attendants were superficial (continuously overlooked / ignored me on the service cycles), I was seated on the window."

Pros: "QF operated by American Airlines. First time flying AA from LAX to SYD (typically do this trip once a year). Overall a good experience, much better than I was anticipating. They diid not charge for surfboard, which was great. Plane is smaller than Qantas Airbus 380, so boarding and getting off plane was quicker. Would fly again."
Pros: "Everything was new, lots of leg room, everyone was nice"
Cons: "The grill cheese didn't taste like grill cheese. It wasn't filling. Grill cheese, never again."
Pros: "Wrong airline, sent me to wrong gate, almost missed the flight. If I wasn't lucky enough to need a wheelchair, I would probably still be in Phx! Not happy at all, to say the least. I had to grease the palms of about 7 different wheelchair pushers. A bad day all around."
Cons: "I don't understand why the carryon limitation can't be better enforced. I watched several people put multiple bags in the overhead compartments and nothing under their seats, yet those in boarding groups 3 & 4 often are required to check their baggage."

Cons: "Seats were rough and I didn't understand the process of selecting seating for the return trip, so my wife and I had to sit 10 rows apart a few days after we got married."
