Crew closed gate before the 10 min delayed time, knowing connecting passengers would not be able to make it. From a flight 10 min late.

I was never able to get the WiFi to work. There were no power outlets, and we were never offered headphones, eye masks or ear plugs. I expected more from American since our 2hr flight from Orlando to JFK had working WiFi, power outlets and in-seat video monitors.
