Also, please Alaska, get rid of that Cabernet Sauvignon that's sweeter than grape soda. Single worst wine I've ever tasted."

Cons: "Alaska airlines delayed the flights by at least an hour both ways SFO-Newark. The Alaska terminal at Newark is a very poor experience."
Cons: "The entire flight crew was RUDE! Rolling their eyes at passengers constantly no matter what you asked them, shoving drinks at you, snatching trash from you, and rude. Very disappointed in Alaska!"

Cons: "Check in crew were robotic, lacked enthusiasm. Is management competent? Are they leading, or directing? There is a difference, and one is more effective than the other. If morale is low, if employee satisfaction is low on what is visible to the passengers; then I wonder about what passengers don't see: maintenance crews, safety, quality assurance. I heard lots of grumblings from other passengers about bag policy. Provide first class service to your employees, and they will provide first-class service to your customers."
Pros: "Nothing- and it cost me $50 to have voucher issued for future flight."
Cons: "Monitors with Sun Country gate information very difficult to find, if at all. I asked several people about Sun Country and departure gate, and was pointed in several WRONG directions. Since next flight out was 9p, I decided to cancel my trip. I did investigate taking same flight tomorrow, Jul 13, and was told it was full and I would be standby."
Cons: "Flight was determined to be 2 hours late well in advance. No e-mail, no call so we get to the airport 2 hours ahead of departure to find out we have to sit around the airport for 4 hours. This was NOT a last minute delay. This was the second Sun country flight in a row that was late. The first was a ramp gate hold for weather at the destination. Not sure why this one was late."
Cons: "Service and customer handling at MSP and JFK were very poor. This airline charges for everything, and if you select an incorrect option and over pay, then too bad... They offer no reimbursement. Buyer Beware."

I keep getting switched from one person to another without any feed back and it's so frustrating. It will be nice if I can get someone to just tell me there is no refund rather than keeping me online for over 10mins."

Cons: "I wasn't told that the exit row seat would not recline until I got on the plane. My last trip on Sun Country, none of the seats reclined as far as I can tell. I'm generally very tired by the time I get on a flight, and not being able to recline at all makes for a very uncomfortable flight."

Cons: "Hated everything about it. Sun country air is the worst airline I've ever flown on. AVOID!!! Could not handle simple requests. Over charged and was a terrible over all experience and ruined my whole vacation to be honest"

In other news, AA’s morning food options are incredibly lame. It’s almost as if they don’t want to sell any food. Finally, can come one tell me where to buy stock in those mediocre little Biscotti cookies they (and every other airline) pass out for free? Must be KILLING it!"
