Packed old plane with uncomfortable seats. Great crew, especially Tara who was helpful to many. No water offered. Hard landing. Discount pricing is the benefit!
Flight was smooth. We boarded early and left Grand Rapids about a half hour ahead of schedule. We then arrived in Lakeland about 40 minutes early. Flights attendants (3) were welcoming and pleasant. Wish we would have at least been offered to buy a bottle of water. No beverage service at all.
I really liked the young man who checked me in and took my bags! He was so kind and was very helpful! I told my sister about the great service and him and she said that is why she flies Avelo Air.
The flight was delayed by a lot and the seats are pretty tight

Short 2-hour flight, we took off on time, ETA was earlier than stated, no interaction needed with stewards, no food, no entertainment on such a short flight.
Avelo provided exactly what I expected. They are a low-cost option with no frills but the experience was comfortable and the staff was great! I will be using them in the future for trips when cost is a priority for me.
Expect nothing and you will be fine. Seats are crammed.
No frills, i.e., no drinks or snacks. One is charged for everything. The cost really adds up. The crew and flight attendants were excellent and very pleasant.
Flight was cancelled and received no help had to drive to Baltimore in rental costing over $500.00

Like all planes recently, entertainment is achieved by giving the patron free WiFi and letting them stream shows via the screen on a phone or tablet.
Had to wait for a gate for a long time, then waited on the run way for a long time before leaving. The actual flights part was good.
I had a positive experience on American. I'm blind and traveling with a guide dog and the flight attendants were so kind, friendly, and helpful towards us. They checked in on us during the flight and they made us feel comfortable and welcomed. There was an hour delay before depature, but overall the flight was a smooth ride. I appreciate that there were no issues on this long flight back home.
Flight was delayed. Staff at the gate effectively and proactively communicated about the delay.
It was late, then the bathroom was inoperable plus it was very hot as well. Plane was very old
Overall, I had a great flight on American Airlines. The only compliant that I have is that my gate changed 30 minutes before boarding the flight. This was annoying because I had a connection in Charlotte and it's a very big airport.
The experience with American Airlines was terrible from beginning to end. Flight 1210 from Cancun to Charlotte was delayed three times. AA customer service at the CUN airport could not provide information on why or how to accommodate me if I missed my connecting flight at CLT due to the delays. Upon arrival to CLT, de-boarding the plane was a horrible experience. You all should have allowed passengers with departing connecting flights within the hour, to get off the plane first! It caused so many passengers to lose valuable time waiting to get off the plane, and then the long lines in customs! American Airlines knew passengers had to make connecting flights and still chose not to hold the plane? I missed Flight 2758 from CLT to DCA for that reason. Waiting three more hours for the next - Flight 1269 from CLT to DCA. Once again another delay at the last possible minute before boarding due to the plane going out of service/maintenance. Once the new plane boarded, we sat on the tarmac for 40min. I did not arrive to DCA until 12:33am. I spent over 12hours at the airport and I plan to never fly American Airlines again.
Our flight was delayed 45 minutes and we missed our connection, while we were able to get a flight the following day the voucher for food did not work.
I was flown to the the wrong airport and had to take an Uber and pay 70 dollars to travel to Dulles airport from Washington DC. I nearly missed my connecting flight on Iberia to Madrid Spain so it turned out to be the most stressful travel experience for me and my family. Now I have to find a way to avoid the same situation on my way back but there is no contact number that I can find to customer service so someone can really help me. I’m at a lost at don’t know what to do.
