Pros: "I really enjoyed the cheerful and helpful crew. And i love that the gate agent gave me a seat up front, near the front of the plane because she knew that i had a short connection and needed to catch my next flight."

Cons: "Flight attendants rude to travel companion . Non Korean but speaks Korean. When addressing two flight attendants on Korean, they insisted on responding in English, rather than continuing in Korean. Travel companion not happy."

My trip nearly doubled in length... Everything else probably could have been tolerated...
On time. No problems boarding. AA checked my roller bag for free. In flight entertainment wasn’t really working and they didn’t sell the snacks on the paper menu.

Cons: "The checkin in LAX airport was confusing. We didn't need visas to travel, but the lady insisted that we needed. An AA supervisor had to intervene to check us in."
Cons: "They messed up the seat assignment I paid extra for, and while I bought WiFi for the entire trip it turned off halfway through."

Asked for Indian vegetarian meal - but got an Asian vegetarian meal that had no taste whatsoever. If they can do a Muslim meal, I don't know why they can't do Indian Vegetarian."
Cons: "As a result of arriving late on Air Canada we never made our flight to Tokyo. Had to rebook and fly Asians through Seoul. Asiana flight was excellent!"
