Cons: Worst airplane i have been on since 2007

Cons: Aircraft was too warm. Needed more air!

Pros: The entire flight was excellent, on time, great friendly crew, edible food, movies and options were great, perfect in every way. It was a little chaotic at flight loading on extra security, but I assume it could have something to do with it being on 9/11 and it was ultimately bound for NYC.

Cons: I honestly cannot think of anything.

Cons: The flight was not on time. The staff broke my carry-on zip for expansion and refuse to admit it was a suitcase damage which need to be repair. They said put a belt around it to use it !!!! It is a 1 year new piece of luggage from Delsey which is a very good quality brand and expensive!!!!!!

Cons: Service and crew at JFK was horrible! Worst I have ever been around. Staff could not have cared any less

Pros: Excellent attitude of the crew from AUS to SFO. They promptly addressed the overhead bin issues with the groups 1 and 2 boarding. We left on time, and arrived ahead of schedule. Smiles all around.

Cons: Rules surrounding one personal item carry on: If bringing food to nibble and save to share later but wish to not place into carry on, I must pay the additional $30 at the check-in counter. Negates the savings and makes me wish to book another airline.

Pros: The crew was outstanding and the flight on time.

Cons: One of the bathrooms was not working properly so everyone had to do with two bathrooms.

Pros: Staff found us two seats together. Food was good.

Cons: Email telling us about pre airport arrival check in and seat selection.

Pros: Flight was mostly uneventful, which is great! Right after takeoff we made a complete circle and no information was given as to why, but we assumed it was air traffic.

Pros: Seats confort for nearly a 5 hours flights were ok. Entertainment system is working good.

Cons: For a more than $800 ticket on a domestic flight: The flight could have been on time The food is not free and limited Entertainment system: the choice of programs and movies is a little bit too limited.

Cons: Additional security check at the gate is unnecessary, annoying and insulting. Worst then third world country.

Cons: I really dislike that the make you check your carry on now. Most airlines let you take your carry on so I’m used to that. It also originally said $25 but at the check in it was $30. Plus I prefer not to check in my bag because it is faster, but since I did I had to stay at the airport an extra hour.

Cons: We could have given me a refund or credit for a flight I told you I needed to change 3 months ago due to an emergency at home.

Pros: The flight was quick for the time we were in the air.

Cons: This flight was delayed by over an hour. The plane is tiny so overhead space barely fits a briefcase and the seats are smaller than normal. Since this is a smaller aircraft, unfortunately that is expected.

Cons: I really wonder about the boarding procedure... isn't "back to front" more efficient? What is this Comfort +, Main Cabin 1, Main Cabin 2, Basic thing? Is that supposed to make you feel better because you paid for a seat selection?!

Pros: Crew was very congenial, upbeat, and accommodating. As there were several rows with no passengers, the crew offered me a seat in an empty row for my comfort and it was most appreciated

Pros: It ended up being united not Lufthansa and they were delayed 45 minutes so they rerouted me through Munich which made me miss a free bus to my destination outside of Rome
