It happened to me, in spite of the wifi connection at the airport. Some airlines would put up an electronic notification for the change at previously known Gate. It's also possible to miss Airport voice messages due to temporary impairments travellers suffer from the previous flight. You can call out a passenger for all you want and still miss passing out the message."

Cons: "First, I had issues with checking into my flight online, which lead to me having to print my boarding pass at the airport. Since I had a separate flight with Eurowings that sent me from Munich to Paris, which was not connected with this flight, I came in directly into the airport and no where near a Kiosk to check in or print out my ticket/boarding pass. I explained to numerous employees my situation and they casually exclaimed I should be able to make it in. Once I got into the airport I could barely get through security since I did not have my boarding pass. I kept explaining I don't have a boarding pass because I could not check into my flight to obtain it. Then when they finally let me through with only 10 minutes to spare before my flight's gate would close, I finally reached the boarding desk only to be told I had to wait because out of the two men who were scanning boarding passes, they were too busy to help me. I then had to explain three times that I had already paid for and booked my flight, however, I could not check in online and was having an issue with an error that stated I was missing information, even though there was nothing marked in red or anything marked to edit, so each time I tried it denied me. I also tried calling for customer support and did not get a hold of anyone because the lines were too busy. After explaining all of this to the man at boarding, he made me wait an additional 5 minutes before helping me check into the flight and print out my boarding pass. I was treated like a stand-by customer and I did not appreciate it since I paid for this flight and tried to check in 24 hours prior. I was expecting much more from Lufthansa, as my boyfriend recommended this flight company to me, but I was extremely disappointed in so many ways it makes me question whether I want to fly this airline again for future trips abroad."

I work in the luxury hotel sector, and even the door men and room attendants have more autonomy to wow our guests. Flying AF does not want me to spend any more money with your airline in the future."

I am so angry about this, I will NEVER fly Air France again."

As stated in Air Canada's online policy, passengers traveling with musical instruments that fit as carry on baggage are allowed to change to earlier boarding zones. After approaching a staff member with my viola, I wasn't simply assigned an earlier zone, but rather I was allowed to board first. On this principle alone I will be flying Air Canada again. I checked in quite early and was moved to an aisle seat (was originally in a middle) with no one next to me - something the lady at the check-in counter did just to be nice! Boarding was pleasant and easy going; greeted upon entering the aircraft which is always a nice touch. The flight was more or less on time and things went smoothly overall."

Air Canada should be more accomodating to customers who want to take an earlier flight, as I had to wait around for no reason whatsoever."

Pros: "My Flight was canceled without us getting any notification and causing major delays and headaches with NO offer for compensation to help e.g. with a $70 taxi we had to incur to get from DCA to IAD. Poor service"

Cons: "The woman at ticket counter was rude and not helpful"

Pros: "Flights were all on time, crew and staff was very nice. Food was better then other flights I've been on."
Cons: "Seats were so uncomfortable, smaller and did not recline as much as other air canada airplanes I have been on. There was no entertainment for the almost 7 hour flight unless you uploaded the app prior to boarding which we were not told and could not because our devices, or you rented a tablet (which for this long of a flight it shold be included). The cabin was warm and stuffy with not much airflow which made my motionsickness worse and the plane was all on one setting so I could not control anything."

Cons: "My 10:10 flight got cancelled snd AC put us on an earlier flight so that my layover was over 6 hours in Toronto to catch my flight to Tokyo Haneda. That was very painful."

Cons: "Flew on a new BOEING 777-200LR. They decided to maximize the amount of passengers per flight by adding additional seats to each row causing very cramped conditions. I am only 5'8" at 160 lbs and was extremely uncomfortable the entire trip. I may have had an extra inch of room from my knee to the chair in front of me. I couldn't stretch my legs out at all."

Pros: "Exceptional ground staff particularly the gentleman who checked me-in in ORD and the German speaking lady in YYZ (gate agent). Also the gate agent in FRA. last but not least, the Very friendly crews on all 3 segments"
Cons: "The food was a bit blend and not worth the calories."
