Cons: Flight delay due to late arrival of plane from Boston. Also I changed to this flight from the same one I had been booked on the following day due to severe weather expected and my need to be home for medical appts. The cost was high to change and the flight delayed, disappointing!

Cons: More rounds of drinks

Cons: This is more of a complaint about another customer. Allowing travelers to take three bags of chips while the rest of the plane is waiting. It was rude and inconsiderate of that customer. They run out of certain flavors. I just need some plain pretzels. She then took 2 more later. The attendant did grab another bag of pretzels and returned Ed later. I’ve been on other flights (other airlines) in which the attendant has said no to seconds unless some remaining at the end.

Cons: JetBlue is awful. TVs don’t work. Staff isn’t friendly

Cons: Excellent, one time, WiFi, Entertaiment screen, all good

Pros: It has been over 2 years and I still remember the service, comfort and atmosphere of this flight. Whatever JetBlue is doing, it works!

Pros: Jet blue flights seem generally good. Like the WiFi access to be Able to use flight time efficiently.

Cons: Two hours and a half late and no updates whatsoever

Cons: It was an older plane and missing the comforts of such. No ports to charge your device. Screens were very small. Seat had trouble reclining.

Cons: The tray table was very dirty when I put it down. I brought my own wipes but that was pretty bad.

Cons: Racist flight attendant targeted only 3 black people on the flight for chairs, bags, etc... But the people right next to us on either side received no reprimand. Terrible exclusionary actions.
