Cons: "The flight had a mechanical issue but no mechanic was duty. the flight was supposed to leave at 5, we left at midnight on a plane flown up from Boston. We arrived at 3 in the morning which left me at 61 driving an hour home at a terrible time of night. I was afraid for my safety driving at that hour but they strung us along for so long there were no real opportunities to choose another option. Besides which my bag was stuck in the broken compartment and could not be retrieved. The flight, when it finally left was so cold that everyone was huddled down in their seats, the very senior lade next to me was pitiful. All in all a horrible experience."

Pros: "Despite being a smaller airline I must say I’m completely floored by how much I enjoyed my flight with JetBlue! The free WiFi is a game changer compared to the greedier airlines that charge through the roof for it and the staff has been incredibly kind. Also, the flight attendants were really sweet. I watched them diffuse a few situations that most people would have ended up making worse. Not to mention this is the only airline that actually OFFERED to assist me getting on the plane. I sometimes request assistance, but I really needed it last night and they offered without a second thought. I had only come up to the desk to ask about reprinting my ticket. As soon as I went up to the desk to ask about reprinting my ticket, they immediately asked if I was ready to preboard. The man who helped wheel me out of the plane at JFK was very considerate as well and asked if I wanted to go to the restroom before going out to the gate. He wheeled me all the way to the car where my husband was waiting. Every member of the Jet Blue staff I met this weekend was exemplary. If I can help it I will always fly Jet Blue when I fly nationally."

Pros: "Again the on board crew was very helpful and were willing to vouch that the plane had mechanical issues not weather issues when the gate agent in LGB tried to tell me that I would not get reimbursement for ground transportation to get from San Jose to San Francisco. So the good is that JetBlue did reimburse me for the LYFT I had to take to San Francisco."
Cons: "Well I arrived in San Jose, not San Francisco. So I arrived 3.5 hours late. Also, I did not appreciate when the gate agent told me that I could not be reimbursed for ground transportation because my flight was weather delayed not mechanically delayed. I understand that he/she may not have known what was the issue with my original flight out of Salt Lake. But, telling me that I would have to pay for ground transportation at 1 am to get the last 30+ miles to my destination made me really worried. If he/she didn't know and didn't have the time or resources to figure it out, I would have preferred if she redirected me to someone else or a phone number or email."

Also, we were not told we would have to go through security for a second time; some of us bought water after initially checking in, only to have them thrown out because of separate check-in at JetBlue. Also, due to other airlines boarding and crowded space, it was difficult to find "Gate 2" as there were no signs; one cannot see where JetBlue waiting area is until you pass it."

Was receiving alerts beginning from that morning notifying of delays which continued as I waited at the airport that night. This seems to happen frequently and nothing is ever done to make it up to travelers. On the plane, the audio for the tv had static so you couldn't actually hear anything. It doesn't seem like you can turn the tvs off, which is annoying as they emit light, so if you want to sleep you have to deal with the light from your tv."
