Cons: "After waiting almost an extra hour plus for a delay, the boarding process was complete chaos. Not to the fault of the crew at LaGuardia, but just based on the annoyance and impatience of the passengers waiting to board. Once on the plane, our row was the only one with broken TVs. Unfortunately for my husband and myself, we were flying with two toddlers with whom we had solely expected to entertain with the TV."

Cons: "My Seat 23D had a defective TV, so it was flashing on and off constantly throughout the whole flight, usually I don't have an issue with the entertainment because I like to sleep during flights, but due to some turbulence I was awake for part of the flight. Unfortunately with the flashing TV it gave me pretty bad nausea to the point of wanting to vomit, this is the first time I've experienced anything like this on a plane, was definitely looking forward to landing so I didn't have this nauseating feeling anymore. I have a video of the issue if anyone at Jetblue was interested in seeing. It was flight 499 from LGA to Orlando on 9-16-18. Thanks."

Cons: "We were vert disappointed at the Newark Airport - the Delta Club was closed and there had been no notification prior to arriving at the airport. I certainly missed that early morning coffee."
Pros: "Kosher snacks! Thank you. Screens and outlets at every seat. Safe, controlled Covid protocols including de-boarding. Excellent!"

The descent into the airport was also not the smoothest, but it was a smaller plane."

Cons: "American isn’t my preferred airline for obvious reasons (delays, notoriously bad service, old planes, and a lack of amenities like WiFi and tv’s), but now I’ll never spend my money with them again. They took me off an already delayed flight after I’d already boarded to examine my smart bag. I know that lithium batteries can’t be taken in the underbelly of the plane and I knew my bag would likely be checked at the gate (why I removed the battery and left it at home in the first place). When they asked me if I had a lithium battery in my bag I said “no.” They then gate checked the bag and allowed me on the plane. After everyone had been boarded (half an hour after we’d been scheduled to take off) they then called my name out on the speaker. I had to then de-board the plane and re-explain to staff that there was no lithium battery in my bag. The staff didn’t believe me citing the infallible logic: “there are ports so there’s a battery.” I told them again and again that the battery had been removed and the charging ports—while there—were inert as they weren’t attached to the battery. STILL, I had to remove all of my clothes from the bag, and open every single compartment (of which there were many) for them to allow me to get back onto the plane. They were telling me that they might have to “rebook the flight” if my bag couldn’t get on. I don’t think I need to explain how agitated/terrified that made me."
Cons: "Wasn’t able to log onto the WiFi even though my seat mate could following the instructions. Extremely large man next to me took up half a third of my seat. Wasn’t able to sit back in seat or use either arm rest due to being the middle seat between 2 large men."

The crew was competent but they work for a greedy company that doesn't value customer service. One lady was late for her flight and they told her to call an 800 number. It's called frontier because you are on your own in the wilderness of this airline. Whatever discounts on airfare you get, they make up with charges and fees. So bad!"

Cons: "Our flight was supposed to be 1hr and 30 mins, but when we got on the crew told us it was going to be 56mins.. it ended up being 1hr and 23 mins and then we could not get to the gate because we were early (so where were they planning to park if we had gotten their in 56mins?!!??) and additionally there something was going on in the airport and they couldn't give us a gate so we had to sit in the plane for 25 more mins! I needed to get on my next flight! It was 11pm and I still had to flight all night, so it was very exhausting and stressful! I was running thru the airport to my next flight."
