Nothing to like.

Me & my wife arrived 3 hours early for our flight. During that time waiting to check our baggage, there were 3 arguments between employees and customers at 3 different times. After checking in and waiting at the terminal for our flight which supposed to leave at 12:55AM was delayed to 3AM. The flight ended up to being cancelled after everyone got in the plane. About 5-15 minutes all passengers was told to exit the plane. There were only one frontier employee who was working at the at the gate after we all exited. This specific employee said the manager had told all other frontier employees to go home. Me and my wife were really upset about this situation. It took a very long time for the employee to deal with all passengers refunds to changing flights. This had affected our flights to MkE because my wife mother was in her death bed to passing away today. The way things were handled during the flight on this day was a horrible experience. We then bought our flights from southwest after all this hectic morning.

The woman at the customer service desk in Denver was a life saver. I wish I would have gotten her name. She found me the next available frontier flight out of Denver to Milwaukee.

I arrived at the Frontier drop off almost two hours before my scheduled flight at 8 am Monday July 3rd. There was a line out the door of people needing to check in and drop off bags and ONLY ONE women checking that line in. I didn't mind that because i had a carry on and only needed to get my boarding pass. However, I couldn't pull it up at all on my Frontier app and when I tried the kiosk, it told me I needed to see an associate to get it. So I asked the man directing people into the lines my problem and he said I would just need to step into the customer line (which was also only only manned by ONE person). I waited in that line for 40 minutes until the the woman told me she couldn't help me and that I had to go the other line for Bag Drop. that would have been fine, but there was still only one person checking people in. Everyone else in line had no idea what was going on and were just as irritated with the situation as i was. I eventually waited so long I missed my flight. By them there were a few more people checking bags and I was almost to the front. When I was called next I told the man my issue and he said because my flight already boarded I needed to go BACK to the customer service line! So I do. Fine. I already missed my flight, I'm not in THAT much of a hurry now! So I wait in that line another 20 minutes and the woman who had told me I was in the wrong line the first time, said the man had been wrong! She tried to get me to go back to the bag drop line! I pleaded with her that I had already switched lines twice and now I needed to rebook my flight. Thankfully she was able to help me out and got me on the next flight to Milwaukee at 330. But I could just not believe that on a holiday weekend, there were only ONE PERSON checking in bags. And now that I'm looking at reviews from other people, this is not an uncommon thing to happen. It was just such an inconvience and I ended up missing time with my family for the holiday.

I paid the xtra $99 for the economy plus but my headphone jack didn’t work so I couldn’t watch a movie and my tray table was broken so I had to hold my drink and fumble with my food. The flight attendant tried to fix it but couldn’t. Made my 6 hour flight feel like 12 hours.

Over booked

Got sick son got sick nothing to eat or drinks seats did not recline. Very very unhappy coming home from an excellent event in Colorado and was very excited till the flight. Seats way to small,why do we pay extra for luggage especially when my son needed his medications and shots along. Very disappointed. Sorry but I was unhappy and disappointed with frontier wish I could have given a good review

Heavy Hispanic woman got ill and I was really worried she might pass away because she kept laying forward asleep or passed out on the back of the seat in front of her. Finally they found a doctor who was bilingual and he took great care of her. So bravo for that UA!

Staff was friendly

United has a system glitch and we were delayed. I got in around 1 am instead of 11 pm. I decide to order a glass of wine and since they don’t give receipts. I found out i was charged for 2 glasses instead of one. To top it off the co-worker i was traveling with didn’t get charged due to the inconvenience and delay. i travel a lot with United (higher status than him) and would have liked that offer (and not get charged one i didn’t order) being a mileage plus and credit card holder. I did go on line and ask for a credit and they did make it right and give me a credit.

Had xtra legroom and Wi-Fi

I paid the xtra $99 for the economy plus but my headphone jack didn’t work so I couldn’t watch a movie and my tray table was broken so I had to hold my drink and fumble with my food. The flight attendant tried to fix it but couldn’t. Made my 6 hour flight feel like 12 hours.

The pilot had a sense of humor. We were in a rain delay and he asked for any children that had a joke to come forward to tell it.

The woman at the customer service desk in Denver was a life saver. I wish I would have gotten her name. She found me the next available frontier flight out of Denver to Milwaukee.

I arrived at the Frontier drop off almost two hours before my scheduled flight at 8 am Monday July 3rd. There was a line out the door of people needing to check in and drop off bags and ONLY ONE women checking that line in. I didn't mind that because i had a carry on and only needed to get my boarding pass. However, I couldn't pull it up at all on my Frontier app and when I tried the kiosk, it told me I needed to see an associate to get it. So I asked the man directing people into the lines my problem and he said I would just need to step into the customer line (which was also only only manned by ONE person). I waited in that line for 40 minutes until the the woman told me she couldn't help me and that I had to go the other line for Bag Drop. that would have been fine, but there was still only one person checking people in. Everyone else in line had no idea what was going on and were just as irritated with the situation as i was. I eventually waited so long I missed my flight. By them there were a few more people checking bags and I was almost to the front. When I was called next I told the man my issue and he said because my flight already boarded I needed to go BACK to the customer service line! So I do. Fine. I already missed my flight, I'm not in THAT much of a hurry now! So I wait in that line another 20 minutes and the woman who had told me I was in the wrong line the first time, said the man had been wrong! She tried to get me to go back to the bag drop line! I pleaded with her that I had already switched lines twice and now I needed to rebook my flight. Thankfully she was able to help me out and got me on the next flight to Milwaukee at 330. But I could just not believe that on a holiday weekend, there were only ONE PERSON checking in bags. And now that I'm looking at reviews from other people, this is not an uncommon thing to happen. It was just such an inconvience and I ended up missing time with my family for the holiday.

Heavy Hispanic woman got ill and I was really worried she might pass away because she kept laying forward asleep or passed out on the back of the seat in front of her. Finally they found a doctor who was bilingual and he took great care of her. So bravo for that UA!

The seats were clean; the cabin looked very nice. The plane got me from point A to B safely. smoothest Lansing ever!

Flight was delayed 2.5 hours. No communication from the cockpit, 2 out of the 4 flight attendants we really crabby. Undersea storage was unusually small. I’m 5’8” and my knees were pressed against the seat in front of me and the seats are hard. My legs were numb for part of the trip.
