Overall good. Second plane we got on was hot and all passengers were boarded before turning on ac. They said someone was being sent to fix the ac. Turns out the pilots were running behind and they were the only ones who knew how to turn it on. Next time maybe wait to board the plane. One hours delay. Not horrible.

It was very hot on the plane no air at all. I asked for them to turn it up. They did not turn it up. I fed myself for six hours. Also, the comfort of the seats were not comfortable at all. I will never fly Alaska ever again no entertainment on the way from Seattle to Boston no Wi-Fi and no TVs on either plane

The Alaska employees in Milwaukee and MKE to SEA were top notch, very nice and polite. Seattle and SEA to MKE, not so much. I spent a lot to upgrade to 1st, and other than a little more seat width, it was a waste of money. Both legs of the flight, the seat bottom cushion sloped forward and I kept sliding out of my seat with every little bump, so I got no rest at all. MKE to SEA, the food was awful. If I had known that I was going to get a bowl of sawdust and dried rotten fruit for a meal. I would have stayed coach and saved a bundle of money. The cabin crew was excellent however. Alaska needs to enforce the rule that the seats at the gate stay open for passengers. I can't blame Alaska for the rude treatment of TSA swine, but they can make sure a hundred people get seats to wait an hour for their flights because a hundred jerks need to take every available seat for their bags and water bottles. The food from SEA to MKE was much better, but the cabin crew was not very pleasant. To top it all off, I found out that the woman seated next to me paid a lot less for the upgrade than I did. After arriving at MKE, everyone waited at least forty five minutes for our bags to arrive in a completely empty airport. So much for the promise of twenty minutes to get bags. In summary, the upgrade to first class wasn't worth the high price on Alaska. When I pay that much, I expect better service and treatment.

Very good and looking forward to flying with Alaska in the future.

Good and easy. Seats are a bit crammed and plane was small.

Our flight was overbooked so we took the offer and flew home the next day on first class seating. It is a 90 minute flight, it was comfy and quickly executed in all respects. Deplaning was quick and luggage delivered quickly.

I didn’t know that there wouldn’t be a screen to watch movies so I didn’t bring earphones to use with my phone. Other than that all good

We landed at 7:35 pm did get out of the plane till 8:45 pm pilot informed that their was a plane broken down on the gate that the plane was to go in that it would take 5 to 10 minutes, after 40 minutes the air we were breathing started to be bad and people started to complain so they turned the air full blast and the pilot as I was walking out of the plain was laughing like nothing had happened (very un professional) ( I would never fly Alaska again…..)

Free wifi. Already pay a ridiculous fee for checking bags. With all those profits, snacks and entertainment should be better than 1990s

The queue before check-in was long and slow moving due to too few desks being open. THEN, WHEN WE FINALLY REACHED THE CHECK-IN DESK WE WERE CHARGED US$70 FOR 2 BAGS. What rubbed salt into the wound was the incredible number of large bags in people’s “carry on”.
