"Airport experience is exhausting. Extremely long lines for check-in and then even longer lines at TSA. Hand sanitizer stations are almost all empty and in the mens room, people are crowding together to get soap from one dispenser that has just a bit left... flight was no better than Southwest Airlines, and it took over an hour for the bags to start coming out. Delta bag claim attendant just said, "I don't know what's going on with them, just wait a bit longer"."

I called the agency to find out if I needed a Visa for my visit to Australia and the told me no. So when I showed up to the airport I didn’t have the right documents and I MISSED MY FLIGHT. Also the wouldn’t just change my flight and charge me the change flight fee. They cancelled my flight entirely and made me buy a whole new ticket!!! Worst flight experience I’ve ever had and this is not my first time flying to Australia or out of country."

Cons: "A pet peeve of mine is having to check my carry on. They said the overhead bins were all completely full, so I checked my bag at the gate. Come to find out, there were a few spaces left and it wasn't necessary. Really annoying."

Pros: "Got to fly on the a brand new 737-900 and had plenty of room to fit my laptop so I could work. Friendly crew, didn't feel like a farm animal being herded on to a transport to be taken to slaughter like I do on other airlines."

Cons: "Flight terminal was changed about 30 to 45 minutes before boarding Flight was delayed due to AC problem Configuration of the plane was terrible. Little leg room but the windows did not align with the seats so a window was shared with two rows making it challenging to open or close a window without disturbing the passenger in the other row with whom the window is being shared. No charging outlets in the terminal or on the plane. Plane had no food to offer for purchase. Expected better from Delta."

Cons: "The entry into the Atlanta airport after landing was somewhat chaotic. We were backed up circling before landing for ~ 1 hour and there seemed to be an unusually large number of folks trying to get through customs/security - noe Delta's fault but an unwelcome experience after being in the air for 8+ hours."
