Issue with boarding, group of passengers on a religious trip coming back to NYC kept trying to change seats, even standing when the plane was pushing back. Crew/Pilot kept very good composure, some passengers got aggravated and started venting out loud but this group created a serious security risk. Crew/Pilot should've been more stringent and called in security or remove them from the flight.
Amazing crew, delicious food and drink selection. 12hr felt more like a 4hrs. Comfortable beds. Can’t wait for the new business class cabin
Flying business class saves you. Once you get out of the terminal and onto the plane, it’s fine. The traffic at the gate is a horror. No organization at all. The fact that Business class is promised early boarding is a myth.

Horrible communication, flight boarded then we sat on plane for almost 5 hours as the runway was barely covered in snow with no plows in sight and the as we tried to taxi there was a major equipment failure due to poor push off technique causing all passengers to be taken off the flight to ultimately have the flight cancelled. There was barely any communication to passengers as to what was happening or what to do next to get placed on another flight. Arriving to my final destination a whole day later having to take a connecting flight through Lisbon to ultimately end up in New York instead of a direct flight as none available for the next day. Never flying LOT airlines again!
Smooth flight, excellent crew and good food. Not enough space; sitting are too small.
Flight was delayed for a hour from Warsaw, not sure why. When we landed in Chicago, plane was still on the runway for about half a hour. Took a while to get off.
No WiFi and ok comfort in business class. Home safe I guess that’s all that really matters.
Seats were so uncomfortable, my butt hurts so much, I wish they have more cushions,it really was horrible, Except that, Stewarts were polite food was decent

No free Wi-Fi. I have SkyMiles but not a high status, having an account has been enough for Wi-Fi on other flights, but this one was going to charge me to use it. Also turbulence was really bad toward the end, but I didn't count this in my ratings since I know Delta cannot control the weather - it's 2026 and lack of WiFi alone is enough for a poor rating.
My daughter always gets sick when we order the gluten free meal option. Internet didn’t work as advertised.

I wish they have given us explanations for the delays. And the rebooking process in Copenhagen was too long. I had to wait about 4 hours before they assign me a hotel. From there the handling process (accommodation, transportation and meal) was excellent.
Our trip plan from Kayak stated we were flying SAS. That was not true. The first leg was a Delta flight. We wasted 25 minutes before finding out to check in with the correct airline. Then our SAS flight for the second leg arrived 25 minutes late, and our third leg flight with SAS closed the gate knowing the flight delay was SAS’s fault, and that this flight would only be backed up 5 minutes. The final kicker was that between Delta and SAS, they lost all our checked luggage.
The flight was delayed by a hour and I wish they had communicated it sooner. No issues on the plane, it did take a while for food to come.
The Manila airport was under renovation so there was no business class lounge. The double security check was disorganized and the flight attendants were grouchy.
Know that the movies that you are going to be offered are the oldest be rated movies they could possibly get. They may have one or two new movies that they keep advertising but when you’re flying 15 hours, there is nothing to see past the first new movie.
The flight was delayed an hour and a half while you tried to fix the plane so I missed my connecting flight in Chicago. In Chicago, it took an hour to get the luggage. Then the conveyor belt was broken where I have to transfer my flight from an international flight to the continuing flight so I had to carry a large suitcase through the airport. The elevators were broken in the airport. I paid people to carry the luggage for me up the escalators in two different areas. The person who helped me get the new flight was outstanding. The temperature in the airport in Chicago was horrible. We were all sweating. It was the day from hell. That was after two hours in a security line in Athens. I have TSA pre-checked and global entry and I still waited. Two hours in a security line. Something has got to be done to stream line this service. After I’ve been through all of that in Athens, why do I have to go through it again in Chicago. It was the worst travel experience I have had in a long time. Your bathrooms have gotten so small that you can hardly get your butt on the toilet. You’ve taken the airspace out of the inside of the top of the toilet. It really makes for a miserable experience. Also on a 4 1/2 hour flight from Chicago to Los Angeles. The only thing we’re given is a bag of pretzels. REALLY!!
Flight attendants on United are the worst in the business. Can’t be bothered to provide even basic levels of service and are as rude as anyone can get. This flight was not an exception to that rule.
The staff was incredible, very attentive, polite, made you feel like the center of the universe. They even all wrote me a happy birthday card. Truly just an amazing crew, cannot stress it enough.
Compared to our Lufthansa flight out, it was pretty poor. Check-in was a nightmare trying to figure out if it was Lufthansa or United, the Kayak link kept sending us to a dead link with United. Then figuring out which code was United was a mess - it took way too long. On the flight, the seats were uncomfortable, they were out of all wines but red when the flight started, then out of red after the first beverage. The flight attendant said they never get restocked before they turn around to the US, so it happens all the time. The food was so bad we threw it away. For a long flight, it was pretty terrible.

We missed our connecting flight in Frankfurt do to security and all hell ensued then.we got rebooked to Washington got there round 10 am ish didn't find out till 630 we were rerouted to United!! Then we started getting updates
Movie selection was nice and chicken with rice dinner was good. I did not like the pizza thing they served for breakfast/lunch. It was like a hot pocket but mostly bread. A small sandwich or cheese and cracker snack and fruit etc would have been much better. Also they did not announce trash pick up so a lot of trash was left by everyone when departing.
Too tight connection. Lufthansa staff pulled 12 of us out of passport control that had tight connections and took us about 1/3 mile AWAY from our gates and put us in another slow, long line. Needless to say all of us missed our flights and the Customer “Service” staff was rude and not helpful at all. Was rebooked from a direct flight to one w a 6hr layover. Asked about an other option that was on my app and was told to book it myself online (which would be $300 extra pp!!). Got rebooked again w a tight connection which was also missed. Rebooked into middle seats that didn’t recline for 9 hr flight!! No compensation (and we paid for seats!) Ended up taking 26hrs to get home from Europe to North Carolina! No longer a fan of Lufthansa—2nd time having these kind of issues w them!
Paid $35 for wifi but wifi didn’t work. Stressful dealing with work mess and no service. Otherwise normal
The food on this flight was better than what we had getting to Rome. The flight was comfortable and the staff was great. One of the staff members was a stickler about the blankets in the aisle, which I get, but still. Overall, great flight and will fly with them again!
Our screen kept turning off ...3 times...had to get crew attention to turn it on again
The legroom was lacking and the entertainment system lacked adequate selection of older films. Modern films are generally not very good.
Flight was late and I missed my connecting flight to Dublin. This is not the same Lufthansa I remember, you guys don't care anymore. Hopefully my trips with Swiss Air will much better.
Uncomfortable seats, small, with displaced metal structures under the seats that make it impossible to sit properly for 10 hours of flight. This type of seats should only be allowed on short local flights of up to 2 hours, not on 10-hour intercontinental flights where one can hardly walk and go to the toilet due to lack of space. There is no question of short "walks" enabling circulation, due to lack of space. Audio video system not working (freezing), headphones not working (very low quality). The plane's staff did not respond to calls and were engaged in long and loud conversations among themselves. They served only at assigned times to deliver meals.
