Cons: "The plane waited 40 minutes for delayed connecting flights to arrive. It's great for some passengers because they don't miss the transatlantic flight, but it causes others to miss their connections on the other end. It added to very stressful deplaning."

Cons: "I asked when i got my ticket for a window seat and he said he gave me one but he did not in the two flights I got. I requested the crew for a window seat if possible since I had been feelin nauseated, it did not help that the guy sitting next to me had a really bad breat and smelled bad. They offered me a sit in the middle of the plane, that did not work well because I was feeling sick, being in between a big guy and a bigger lady was not going to help at all. There was an older crew member and she seemed to be kinda discussed with the trash even though she was using gloves. Food was ok but not the best. To top it off I told them that the headphones connection wasn’t working and they only brought me a pair of new headphones. I tried mine and they didn’t worked, so the whole 8 hrs of flight I was watching movies with sound only from on side. They didn’t even bother, I guess cuz I am economy? Not sure I did see some free chairs in the lanes between economy and first class but they didn’t even suggested that so I decided to suck it up and sit on my assigned chair. The bathrooms where dirty and smelled reaaally bad from the beginning that really was disgusting to be honest. I can let go many things but not that. I had to help the passenger sitting next to me cuz he didn’t know how to do anything and didn’t speak English, he was an older man, with signs I was able to show him how an airplane works. I never complain about flights but this one was tooo many little things. Oh and what about an international flight where I have to pay for a second bag! Really? I did it on my way to Europe and I thought I payed both and then I had to do it again. Whatever money I thought I could save was a lie because I ended up paying a lot more adding the bags and additional transportation for home based on the airports. I am not satisfied at all with the flight experience"

Pros: "Everything went smoothly on the rebooked flight the next day through Vienna to Newark USA. The flight on Austrian airlines was quite comfortable, good food and entertainment for the long flight. Boarding and deboarding all very smooth. Very helpful SWISS staff helped locate our luggage when we missed connecting flight the previous day."
Cons: "Thunderstorm at Zurich caused delay of our flight into Zurich, and we missed original connecting flight to USA. Many other travelers affected and there were no other flights that day. One wonders if they could have held the flight for one hour or so to allow everyone to make the flight. There was a huge line, 2-3 hours of waiting, at SWISS transfer desk to rebook. It took another 2 hours to locate our luggage. I believe SWISS were required by EU regs to provide overnight accommodations and meals. But the hotel was 30+ km from the airport and we were not confident we would have transport in the morning to make our rebooked flight. Because we could not take the chance already being delayed by a day, we booked an airport hotel at our own expense. Overall experience of the missed connection was negative based on the airline's (SWISS) procedures, but the individual SWISS staff helping us were all helpful and made extra effort to accommodate."

More leg-room than United, but still a bit crowded for tall people. VERY BAD DESIGN of arm-rests, which do not go up all the way into the seat but instead jut out at an angle."

Im 1.75cm (medium) and I felt squeesed and very unconfitable not like in Lufthansa airplane flying from Newark to Dussldorf. (Flight only 6:15min) In addition, when front passenger moved his seat back on me I had a lot of difficulties with getting in and out of my seaat."

Cons: "On the flight to Zurich the passenger behind me gave me a difficult time about reclining my seat back but keep in mind he had his reclined. Coming back to Newark the gentleman behind my boyfriend made a comment how he didn't have room due to his seat being reclined. The passenger next to us was arguing with the passenger in front of her because she didn't want that person to recline their seat back. I have never experienced such rude people on a flight and I realize this is beyond your control. It made for a very uncomfortable and stressful flight. Maybe signs can be posted or a message when booking your flight that ALL passengers have a right to recline seats and if space is an issue for your comfort then upgrade to business class for more room."

I just ended up reading my book the entire 9 hour trip."

The food is really good, they are generous with drinks and the crew is really friendly and smiling! Would take this flight again without any reservations in future!"

Pros: "I was supposed to visit my father who was just put in a nursing home for a few days and the day of my flight I received an email from Swiss that they had rebooked me for the next day! So frustrating! The trip would have gotten so short that it wasn't worth it so I had to reschedule it 6 weeks out. It got my dad really upset! Thank god his health is stable at the moment."

Cons: "My flight was delayed, which would have caused me to miss my connecting flight. The customer service person was not at all helpful, and told me there were no other flights available on any airline until the next day. However, I was able to go online and book another flight immediately...which means that she was either being disingenuous or actively undermining efforts to get me home in a timely fashion. Very disappointing and as a SkyMiles member would have thought there would be some level of common courtesy dealing with a non-weather related delay that drastically impacted my travel plans."

Cons: "The connecting flight from Atlanta to NY was rescheduled for an hour and fifteen minutes later, boarding for the delayed flight started late, closed doors were another 20 minutes late, spend another hour or so waiting for confirmations, during which no AC is on because of a malfunction on the plane with the electricity unit. Due to rough air conditions, no in-flight service, or very limited one - and all of those are fine by me, and not the airlines' fault at all. But then, during all these unexpected conditions, I can't even use the in flight entertainment system as i use Bluetooth earphones, and to get earphones I have to buy them for 2$. To earn excellent service, inspite of all the delays, AC malfunction and unpleasantness all you had to do was give those 2$ earphones for free. I have another flight with SkyTeam coming up and I do hope it won't be as unpleasant as it is a much longer flight."

Cons: "The flight was scheduled for 7:45 pm. Due to the storm the day before, my flight out of Miami was cancelled and I was told that the flight out of W Palm Beach was my only option. I paid $150 for an Uber at 4 pm. At 6:37, I got an email with news of a two hour delay. I would’ve appreciated an earlier notice. But much worse was the boarding experience. As half the passengers had boarded, someone announced that we had to have everyone boarded and seated in 5 minutes, or else the crew would time out, and we’d have to stay in WPalm. This set off a frenzy, with seated passengers yelling at the people boarding to hurry!! I was told by the pilot while exiting in LGA, that we made it by 30 seconds! It could’ve been handled so much better!"

Cons: "The male flight attendant who handed out the complimentary drinks and snacks acted a bit strangely. I was very thirsty, and I asked him if I could keep the rest of the can of soda. He neither said yes nor no, but rather completely ignored what I said and just poured my drink and moved on. I was a mildly annoyed, but figured maybe it was policy and he was shy and didn't want to debate the matter. When he took care of the older couple behind us, however, things got really strange. He asked them whether they wanted pretzels or peanuts, but they misheard him and asked for a ginger ale. I happened to know that he did have ginger ale, since my wife had just gotten one, but rather than just pouring the old folks a drink, he repeated himself. "Peanuts or pretzels?" They misheard again and asked him whether he had a diet ginger ale. Again, rather than just pour them the drink, he repeated himself. "Peanuts or pretzels?" This went round and round a few more times -- like a poorly designed computer UI that refuses to accept anything except the correct input -- before the old couple finally figured out the disconnect and picked their snacks before their drinks. Very weird."

Pros: "Flight was delayed by 2+ hours, Delta (running the flight for westjet) sent 1 email about the flight being delayed to 4:45 which was inconsistent with the gate signage and agent who said 3:45, flight ended up leaving at 5:45PM. No reasons were provided beyond the incoming flight from LGA hadn't come in. Why hadn't it come in? When could we expect to leave YUL? No answers."

Now I am in my seat with both my carry on and personal item stowed below. So was I comfortable ? No. Was I upset and annoyed, on top of being tired? Yes. They need a better system."

I want to particularly commend the attendant who, after I notified her that someone was very ill in the adjacent bathroom, stood discreetly nearby and offered the person a glass of water when he emerged. Cons: "The transfer was a horrible, stressful experience. We knew it as a short connection but Lufthansa had accepted it. On our outward bound flight three weeks earlier, we were all met and escorted swiftly by a flight attendant from the first leg plane (EWR-MUN) to the second leg plane (MUN-Nice) to ensure that we all made it onboard. Impressive. On our return journey, no such luck! No attendant to meet us, and a huge line at immigration, full of panicked and stressed-out passengers jockeying for position, with no-one from ANY airline there to do a triage for those with the shortest connections. Ridiculous. In addition, the passport-scanning machines were very slow and quirky. My own passport was rejected because there was no evidence I had passed through Munich on my outward bound journey!! RIDICULOUS. I managed to slip through to a human being and begged the immigration officer to let me go through with my husband, who had had no such problem. The officer told me he could not find a stamp from my earlier transit through!!! Eventually I suppose he did because he let me through. The stamp was there, I found it, but it had been sloppily applied and was half off the page...hence the rejection by the scanner. We made the flight by minutes. NOT GOOD! Surely Lufthansa could do better in their own country???"

Cons: "There was no announcement about the delay & the reason why. We found out by reading the board. The passengers found out from each other what caused the delay. Passengers would experience less anxiety if they were informed what's going on."

I arrived 3 hours and 40 minutes in advance of the flight and traveled only 25 feet toward the check in desk in over 5 hours. When we went to the information desk, we were told that the flight would wait for the passengers to be processed...but we never were and the flight took off only 35 minutes later than scheduled. it was the worst flying experience I have had in over 50 years!"

Not the airline's fault, but it was hard to enjoy the last flight for these reasons. Also, water poured ahead of time on trays on 2 occasions instead of seeing them pour it. I was sitting next to a coughing sick person so I wanted to cover my beverages and food as soon as possible. My sound on video didn't work all the time. It kept cutting off. Tried my husband's headphones, but didn't help."

Pros: "The staff was communicative and genuine. The food was decent. Even though the flight arrived late I felt ok about it due to the direct communication of details about the situation. I was stuck in the extremely cramped space of seats just in front of the lavatory making the seat in front me 5 inches from my nose when reclined but the staff was sympathetic offering to ask the passenger in front of me to redress their seat more upright and also allowing me to spread out across two seats to compensate."
Cons: "While the staff compensated for the more than standardly cramped seating arrangement, I think the row of seats just in front of the lavatories should be either better designed or designated not usable. I am only 5’3” and 125lbs but still was faced with a mere 5 inches in front of me when the passenger in front of me reclined his seat. I couldn’t even stand in order to exit the row and had to crawl over the seats to my side. This had me thinking how dangerous this row could be in case of an emergency. Please consider designating these seats either not to be used or optional for passengers."

Cons: "We were about 20-30 minutes late taking off, then we sat on the runway for about 20 minutes. This made it physically impossible to clear customs and go through security requirements at point of entry US in order to make connecting flight."

Pros: "I can’t say enough about the Lufthansa staff- we ran to our gate because our connecting flight was late, and we were greeted by a warm and smiling face who said “It’s alright, don’t run, take your time, we’re waiting for you.” Onboard the crew was phenomenal- Every. Single. One. I have always felt as a burden to crew if I asked for extra water or an extra blanket- not on this flight, not with this crew. They came around multiple times per hour during an 8hr and 20min flight, offering various beverages and checking on everyone. I can’t thank them enough for how caring they were to everyone on board. The captain as well was very professional and had a kind spirit when he spoke. Best experience I’ve ever had- (and I travel multiple times per year!)"

When I called and asked if they would rebook me the lady on the phone said that she could rebook for a trip that had two layovers from 2pm(Prague time) to 8:30pm(NYC time) for the 24th of November (thanksgiving). When I asked her if there was anything else she said that was the soonest flight she could find. When I checked my self I found and booked a flight for the 23rd. When I called back they refused to give me a refund."

Cons: "My seat (33A) was would not recline. I alerted the stewardess early on, she called a male colleague, both smiled and reassured me that they will deal with it later on. The uncomfortable seat became even more cramped as at the end of the dinner service the passenger ahead reclined his seat. I tried to catch the attention of the cabin crew - in vain. On disembarkation I saw the stewardess and reminded her of her promise of help . She sweetly wished me a "pleasant weekend". The cabin crew did not seem to care much over the discomfort of an elderly traveler in economy class."

Cons: "Because of a family illness I had to reschedule my flight 2 weeks before. Because the flight was booked through a secondary company, rebooking the outgoing flight ended upp: a) costing me as much as the whole original return flight; b) was no longer a 1 stop flight as I also had to stop in Frankfurt plus the company would not allow me to choose directly, I sent them details and then they booked what they could find; and c) I lost both the outgoing flight ( which was charged) and the return flight ( which was not changed) premium seat bookings both of which I had to pay for a second time. If I had booked directly with the airline this would have cost a transfer fee and I would not have lost the premium seat bookings. This was therefore a great expense and inconvenience. I will no longer book flights indirectly when using kayak. In future I will search using google flights and then go straight to the airline sites to book. Very disappointed. I never had this problem when booking with kayak before"

The staff went out of there way to make sure we were comfortable. I appreciated them refilling my cup right after being served a drink because I was thirsty and had immediately drank the first cup. The movie selection was pretty good but could have had more up to date movies. I liked the touch screens."

Pros: "In terms of things I liked flying with UA998 from Brussels to EWR: The boarding staff at Brussels airport was helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. Boarding procedure was smooth even with the extra security screening at the gate."
Cons: "It was quickly clear to me that the passengers where simply an inconvenience to some of the crew on UA998. As an example I fell asleep during take off and woke up in the middle of the meal service. The cart was only a couple of rows behind me in the half-ful Economy Plus section so I got up and tried to get the attention of the staff. The lady turned around and confirmed that "I had woken up" with a sigh, as is not only was it inconvenient to her that I was a sleep, now I had the nerves to actually ask for a meal. She presented me with the options of pasta and chicken and I politely asked what they where served with. She straight out said that "she really did not know that" and asked me to make a choice. I wont get into any other examples, the machine was half full at best and there was no stress, so frustrating to be treated like you are an inconvenience to the USA based staff who clearly just wanted to be left alone. The entertainment system barely worked, the touch monitor was very hard to operate - the pressure sensitive functionality was not working properly but I managed to get to my movie and avoid the Chinese subtitles in the third try. I fly United because it's part of Star Alliance, but otherwise I would try and avoid at all cost."

Cons: "Whole experience with them was a nightmare and is still ongoing. They won't help me so I had to turn to Amex to settle everything and get my money back. Unbelievable. The airport had to close due to an emergency, that's out of Lufthansa's hands I obviously understand that. However, the way we were "helped" through all of this was unbelievable- over two and a half hours of phone calls with them, while in Europe (so paying God knows what per minute), 4 hours to get my luggage back so we could leave, absolutely no one from Lufthansa around to help or even tell us what's going on, put us on a flight the following day with two layovers now (paid more for only one layover but what can I do). Next day, at Alitalia gate (Lufthansa put me on an itinerary with flights from Alitalia, Lufthansa and United) had to pay AGAIN to check the bag that I had just paid to check the previous day where we did not end up flying anywhere (showed Alitalia the receipt, they didn't care in the slightest and said its Lufthansas problem, 0 stars for them as well), either way finally got through our 2 layovers, only to discover the final leg of our trip (United/ Lufthansa flight) is delayed 3 hours. Just about to board, now it's delayed another 5 hours. Because we were short a pilot...... Short a pilot, really....? Ended up getting home at 2am on a work night, completely jet lagged and utterly exhausted from being in an airport for 2 straight days. Supposed to get compensation as per United flight crew, only I put my ticket information in the website and it doesn't work for me of course because I have a Lufthansa ticket. No one cares, no one helps, now it's time for Amex to step in and get all of my money back."

Was rebooked on another carrier, but United couldn't get our baggage back to us in time to make that flight thanks to the absolute circus that ensued at the gate. 9:55am flight turns into a night at the airport hotel with vouchers that would only allow us to eat from the horrible buffett (ordering off the hotel menu was not covered). Put on same flight the follow day. Wait for it.... Delayed again (no weather). Would never have booked a flight with United in the first place due to similar issues in the past , but got duped when I booked this Luftansa flight and found out after the fact that it was operated by United. Never again, again."

Cons: "After we realized our flight was cancelled we were trying to reach Lufthansa but couldn't for a long time. It was very frustrating. There was nothing we could do on their website either. No alternative flights were offered, no additional information about how and when we can fly home. We had to stay one extra day on Salzburg since this was the only option given to us by Lufthansa when we finally spoke to them the next day. This experience with Lufthansa was absolutely disappointing and we will probably never book with them again."

Cons: "There were many empty seats in the economy plus section. Once in flight passengers were offered an upgrade but it was still about 300 dollars. I understand that if the price for an upgrade dropped once in flight people would just wait until then to upgrade. However, I think something should be done differently somehow. If economy plus is frequently not full then please consider refiguring your planes to give regular economy just a bit more space, even an inch or two would make it nicer. At the end of our flight the passenger behind me was crying because of pain in her jaw and face. The flight attendants were very attentive, and did all the right things. Except they advised the passenger to see a dentist before her flight home. They should know that sinus pressure, or pain from a sinus infection, can feel like a tooth problem. Just FYI. A suggestion to visit an urgent care center that day would be more appropriate. An urgent care center would be able to take care of sinus problems (she sat behind me for a transatlantic flight I can tell you she had some). An urgent care center would also be able to refer her to another provider as needed."

The video screens were tiny - difficult to see, and colors were way off. Wi-Fi connection was not intuitive - apparently it requires the user to type in a specific web address to access the log-in, something that I didn't find out until after the flight. That info should be more obvious - not on a card deep in the seat back pocket. Overall, it was obvious that this was an older aircraft and needs to be overhauled or retired."

Cons: "My whole experience with Lufthansa/united was horrible. We booked our tickets on kayak and it was a Lufthansa flight operated by United. When we went to check in at the united counter they told us there was no record of our flight even though we had printed our receipt which had confirmed ticket numbers. It took over 30 minutes for them to figure out they needed to call Lufthansa to get the ticket transferred and in the end blamed us for not doing that ourselves before the flight! I thought this was insane as I have flown with multiple other airlines and never had this problem. And then once it was fixed for the way there we still had problems again on the way back. Never flying United/Lufthansa again."

It was because of my father's alertness they didn't miss the connecting flight and when my father asked help to members on airport none of them helped my parents and other 4 co passengers which also were on wheel chairs. It was so scary experience for them that they asked me not to book any more flights with Jet Airways. I won't recommend Jet Airways to any of my friends for their parents to travel to USA. I strongly recommend you guys to take a strict action against this. This is so unacceptable."

On my longer flight from Amsterdam to New York City, there was a customer who was in distress about missing a previous flight and not making it to her connecting flight in New York. One of the flight attendants reassured her until she stopped crying and calmed down. That same flight attendant was always so positive and cheerful in all she did. The rest of the crew was top notch. Drinks = gratis, and crew was exceptionally attentive and went out of their way to make flight as pleasant as possible."

Cons: "За 9 с половиной часов мало давали воды. Первый раз предложили напитки и воду через 2 часа после вылета, и сразу же горячий обед, где тоже были чай/кофе. После этого около 5-6 часов ничего не предлагали, и почти за полтора часа до приземления в спешке предложили воду, напитки и второй горячий обед, в котором предлагалась паста с курицей или паста с сырным соусом и грибами. Я выбрала второе, на деле никакого сыра там не было, соус был как чистый майонез, только горячий, и грибов было два маленьких кусочка по сантиметру каждый. На вкус это были просто горячие макароны с майонезом. Да и зелень в салате уже была темная. Полтора месяца назад на рейсе Нью-Йорк - Москва еда была вкусная, да и до этого никогда претензий не было, в этот раз одни неприятные впечатления"

Pros: "The food, I must say, was the most impressive thing. They give away some souvenirs for you during the flight which was awesome. I even got ice cream as dessert. I can't tell what to say was wrong with the flight. I will definitely recommend Aeroflot for sure."

Pros: "Worked like a well-oiled machine. Friendly food service right on time and in good sequence, quality food, free simple self-service "bar" in between at any time. Huge choice of decently new movies and much more on the entertainment system."
Cons: "Little thing that I usually don't notice as I normally travel with good noise-reducing headphones. But I forgot to take them with me this time and had to use the earbuds that were handed by the attendant. They really suck. Distorted, narrow band sound makes it almost impossible to discern the soundtrack. Would not forget my good headphones again ."

Pros: "The aircraft was comfortable, the inflight entertainment provided in each headrest was provided plenty of options. The food was wonderful (much better than I would have expected). Slippers and an eye cover along with pillows and blankets made for a comfortable flight. Lastly the price was right!"

Pros: "It was the second time I travelled with aeroflot, and my experience was excellent. The crew was amazing, very friendly, they spoke Russian and English, food was excellent (they fed us like pigs, haha),great movie selection for on board entertainment. The airport in Moscow was easy to navigate, despite all the negative reviews I read before my visit there, I found my gate in no time and almost everyone who worked at the airport spoke English. The airport was super clean with a wide selection of food stores and gift shops. Good prices, too. I'm definitely flying aeroflot again."

Cons: "Rude air hostesses. 3 hours on taxi which I’m willing to forgive because of the weather. They took an extra three hours to send our baggage through to baggage claim because their crew “refused to work in that weather”. Get a hold on your recruiting. And then my baggage doesn’t show up. All my woolens were in there and I have nothing to wear and it’s freezing outside. They do not give me ANY compensation of any sort. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had and all just save a couple hundred dollars. Not worth the hassle! I’m still trying to get in touch with them to ask about my baggage but they’re unreachable."

Cons: "For whatever reason we got bused to the plane. The bus went for couple of miles around the airport before we got to the plane. Then we had to walk to the plane in the rain. This is very unusual event, as I fly often this route and this is the first time it occured."

Cons: "The boarding in SVO was a zoo. The location of a gate, with a huge pole in the middle; the way boarding was announced and handled, it was pretty much every man for themselves. Agents at the gate were rude. On the plane, it was hot most of the time on the plane. We had to actually ask to turn up the air."

Cons: "For my long 10 hour flight from Moscow to NYC, my tv did not work and the connection to plug in my cell phone went in and out. The crew was not friendly, though polite. I would have preferred more space."

Cons: "The planes are very tight. Ever since they updated their aircraft they added one or two rows and planes became so narrow! On the way to Moscow we didn't have an entertainment because they monitors didn't work for 30% of the plane. On the way back they delayed the flight for 5 hours because they plane had technical issues and they were changing it. We missed our connection from NY to Miami and since it was a separate ticket I lost those tickets. They didn't update us while we were waiting what's going on. A few times they would announce boarding on the electronic tableau, people would line up and wait for 40 minutes. The staff would just look and say nothing or smile and say "we don't know why you are standing, I didn't tell you to line up!" We had a special meal on the flight. They gave you exactly the same food twice. I was just laughing but other people who had special meals were really upset. If someone asked they would probably say "it's your problem that you don't want to eat like the rest lol! Next time when booking a flight I'll pay more but have a normal experience and not the torture "Russian style""

Pros: "I wasn't sure what to expect, but the airline was better than I thought. Good food (2 servings), decent entertainment, and nice amenities (pillows, eye mask, slippers) for economy class for an international flight. For the price I paid, I would fly Aeroflot again. I wish I would have gotten my Russian transit visa prior to my trip. I knew about it, I just didn't want to pay the $200. SVO airport is great and open 24hr, but having a 20hr layover is tough. p.s. Don't let a hotel/Airbnb tell you you don't need a visa - you do! I watched 2 girls have meltdowns in the airport because they had hotel reservations, but no visas. Sad, wet eyes does nothing for Russian airport officials."
Cons: "The staff, but you have to remember that Russian customer service is different from American. Some of the staff were really friendly and nice. I think they were compensating for the overtly rude ones, so it even itself out. Boarding at the airport isn't always clear if your flight is boarding or not. Pay extra attention to your gate and time changes."

Cons: "The flight attendant seemed to have been bothered by the fact that she had to tend to my boyfriend and I. Any simple question we had may it had been what was on the menu for lunch or a simple request for ice in our drink; we received with a rude tone. When our plane was about to land I had my eyes closed because I had been traveling for 24 hours and was still very tired and she (Olga, I believe her name was) yelled saying "MIS, WAKE UP AND OPEN YOUR WINDOW!" this was by far the WORST flight experience I have ever had. I suggest this particular flight attendant reconsiders her career choice because customer service does not fit her. It is safe to say that I will NEVER fly Aeroflot again. And will be spreading the word to my colleagues and friends as I too am in the travel business and know how important it is to feel comfortable and safe when traveling abroad."

Pros: "The flight was comfortable, or as comfortable as economy can be. I would say, it was as nice as Lufthansa, just with fewer drinks. We also got ice cream between meals."

Cons: "The seating map is incorrect (shows empty space in front of 18b but actually 18a so ended up sitting sardined and not with an open space in front of me. The transit employee assured me my seat was empty in front but I think she didn't give a sh... She said I could get an exit but that I'd have to pay more. Something tells me that the bumpkins that were in the exit rows probably didn't pay extra... Informed Anastasia the hostess twice the obese guy on my right was literally sitting on me and she did nothing to assist with my comfort--why do they say to tell them and they'll do all they can when they don't? For most of the flight my arm was crushed by Igor's (that was his name, really!) obese arm and fat pannus. It was awful and though there were seats just ahead of me, i was refused. I said "so I just have him sit on me and be uncomfortable" she responds "uhh yes". Thanks Anastasia, you're a keeper (of uselessness). Ektarina was a clueless hoot too. She served the Russians to my left and right first and me last (I was in the middle seat), how do you just go from the window guy to the aisle guy then the guy in the middle? I've NEVER seen that ever. She's like "what would you like?" I'm like "what do you have?" She responds "you don't have menu? Uhh..." No genius, you nimwit, you didn't give me one, had you i wouldn't be asking. She came back and asked in russian something about drinks, I said "what?" And she looked at me then turned away. Are you serious? What a rude twit. An Olga comes by at the end, speaks to the two russian guys on either side of me with a smile, says nothing to me, and walks off. Wtf? I think she was asking if they were happy with the service, no wonder she avoided me. The food was horrendous. The worst plane food since 1989. Think of the most disgusting russian dishes and turn it into plane food from the 80s and voila, cuisine a la Chernobyl. I mean how does any carrier manage to serve 80s quality food?! Then they take forever to get the trays so you're stuck looking at the disgusting slop still in your kennel area. Air circulation system is non existent, you don't have any individual vents and they kept the plane a roasting temperature with me being even more hot thanks to the guy sitting on my right arm. No wonder there's an odor of armpit, beet, and onions. I had the honor of leaving my ethnic goat scent to the BO stew. Circa 2001, I Flew to India with them, got stuck in Moscow for 3/4 day with no hotel space, the worst cafeteria meal, & a bunch of grumpy employees who didn't care. It was cool in that this-is-what-the-ussr-must-have-been-like way. The plane I swear was a former army plane and cigarette smoke emanated from the cockpit. I vowed that my family nor I would ever fly them again, I stuck to that until this flight only to learn vows should not be broken. I'm a frequent traveler and have been on the poorest countries national airlines and without hesitation Aeroflot is the absolute worst."
