My ONLY complaint with LOT was the lack of WiFi and the food in business class… still, I use them because they have great connections to Chicago and they fly the 787 - which I think is a great wide body jet. Well… now LOT has WiFi (good satellite speeds) and AMAZING food. LOT now is giving Turkish Airlines a big big run for the money. And they consistently have less expensive business class. I am a very happy customer!
Issue with boarding, group of passengers on a religious trip coming back to NYC kept trying to change seats, even standing when the plane was pushing back. Crew/Pilot kept very good composure, some passengers got aggravated and started venting out loud but this group created a serious security risk. Crew/Pilot should've been more stringent and called in security or remove them from the flight.
Amazing crew, delicious food and drink selection. 12hr felt more like a 4hrs. Comfortable beds. Can’t wait for the new business class cabin
Flying business class saves you. Once you get out of the terminal and onto the plane, it’s fine. The traffic at the gate is a horror. No organization at all. The fact that Business class is promised early boarding is a myth.
The seat was paid for but given for some different person .
Horrible communication, flight boarded then we sat on plane for almost 5 hours as the runway was barely covered in snow with no plows in sight and the as we tried to taxi there was a major equipment failure due to poor push off technique causing all passengers to be taken off the flight to ultimately have the flight cancelled. There was barely any communication to passengers as to what was happening or what to do next to get placed on another flight. Arriving to my final destination a whole day later having to take a connecting flight through Lisbon to ultimately end up in New York instead of a direct flight as none available for the next day. Never flying LOT airlines again!
Smooth flight, excellent crew and good food. Not enough space; sitting are too small.
Seats were so uncomfortable, my butt hurts so much, I wish they have more cushions,it really was horrible, Except that, Stewarts were polite food was decent
LOT told me on my first flight that I had missed boarding my second flight and told us to go to a service desk to reschedule. We then were told our flight was still boarding and that we had to run through the Warsaw airport to catch it which is just a long long runway airport. The workers at the airport were not helpful at all and you have to go through two passport checkpoints. I have asthma and was almost dead when I got on the plane and no one helped or gave us water or even acknowledged us. The flight was fine - the crew members are not friendly so it’s a very functional flight at best. Also my bag didn’t make it to my final destination.
Horrible trip. Plane was late , so late . the flight conditions were very uncomfortable.
This was my return flight and it was 100% different than my out bound. Better seats and great food for sure. As i was disappointed last time but this time they made up for it
Flight was good but the passport control in airport for outbound passengers was a mess, fortunately they pulled passengers making connections to this flight for expedited processing so we made the connection.
Bid process for upgrade is very frustrating. I was notified that I had won the bidding, then was told there was no seat available.
You cancelled my flight and didn't arrange another. Sent no info except YOUR FLIGHT HAS BEEN CANCELLED. HERES WHAT TO DO NEXT. and the rest of the email was blank???
Overall a great experience. I didn’t like that they didn’t assign seats until we arrived at airport. All the employees we interacted with at the airport and on the flight were kind and helpful.
It was ok but no WiFi I think I’ll fly Iceland air next time
Yes avoid JFK airport at all costs. A horror to navigate.
Airline left me stranded in the U.S. gave me an unrequested refund of 40% of booking and canceled my trip back! When I asked why, the said “we don’t have to tell you why”. “But you can rebook”. Never again! Paid 2x and rebooked on Austrian. What a joke!
Missed a connecting flight and SAS was at fault. I was awarded a $20 voucher in exchange for 8 hours of my time? Gfy.
The check in computers were difficult to use, we waited a long time to get off the flight and the food was terrible on the outgoing flight.
Not great - seats were very narrow and food was terrible.
Some of the crew was sassy and not super helpful. The food was okay, but it seems like they were all unprepared compared to my flight I did from JFK to Frankfurt
Food was great but they didn't clear my meal tray for 3 hours. You'd think they could check though the cabin now and then.
Liked - efficiency of boarding with 2 jetways. Checkin was with kiosks with helpful and plentiful workers to help with the process. Munich airport security was very automated, efficient and effective. Free wine and beer! Cons - food was only okay in economy class. Plane bathrooms could have been cleaner.
I missed my flight because previous flights came in late. Customer service hard to find and could not reschedule for the same day. Many people appeared to be behind the customer service counter, but only one or two willing to speak to the public. No offer to find alternatives My experience frustrating Very bad
Flight was late and I missed my connecting flight to Dublin. This is not the same Lufthansa I remember, you guys don't care anymore. Hopefully my trips with Swiss Air will much better.
The flight was wondering, especially the special assistance from airplane to airplane!
For preselected vegetarian meals, they provided vegan meals which were inedible for kids. The attendant was very rude and said they had no vegetarian options and that 8 days prior flight is not enough time to make changes to selections. Absolutely rude staff

Uncomfortable seats, small, with displaced metal structures under the seats that make it impossible to sit properly for 10 hours of flight. This type of seats should only be allowed on short local flights of up to 2 hours, not on 10-hour intercontinental flights where one can hardly walk and go to the toilet due to lack of space. There is no question of short "walks" enabling circulation, due to lack of space. Audio video system not working (freezing), headphones not working (very low quality). The plane's staff did not respond to calls and were engaged in long and loud conversations among themselves. They served only at assigned times to deliver meals.
