We would like to give a shout out to the baggage team that were able to transfer our bags in such a short amount of time. And also to the San Jose flight that we did for four of us."

Cons: "honesty. 29 minute flight took 3 hours. first they blamed it on waiting for luggage, then they likely realized there were no connecting fllights, so that excuse didn't work, then they were 'closing the cargo doors' for 45 minutes, then they had to de-ice as the plane had now sat for 4 hours instead of 45 minutes, had it left on time."

Cons: "First, I was charged $100 because my bag was 3 kilos over weight. Second the seats in Comfort Plus were old. The recline was weak and there were no foot rests. For a cheaper flight on American, the seats have those amenities making it easier to sleep. Plus the food was inedible."

Her fellow agent seemed like she wanted to apologize for her capricious behavior, but was understandably hesitant to do so. The airplane seating was cramped and uncomfortable. The rntertainment choices were very limited unless you enjoy superhero movies or a very limited range of audio/musical selections. So it goes in coach class."

Pros: "Although we ended up being stuck on the plane for 2 hours prior to take off due to high volume, weather and as the pilot put it, "possible military activity" the crew kept us informed every step of the way. There was one flight attendant in particular who was so full of energy and made the unfortunate circumstances not so bad. She entertained us and kept us in the loop the entire time as did the pilots. It made the 2 hours not feel so bad which was appreciated."

Cons: "Screaming child on plane for 30 minutes have me a headache- perhaps flight attendants could offer something like coloring books or stickers to help in the future. When I got too baggage claim the baggage claim not listed. Ticket agents declined to help, so I was walking all over try g to find which claim area to go to which was frustrating."

Cons: "Zero communication to the passengers as to why we were delayed for almost an hour sitting on the plane"

Pros: "Everything that British Airways tried to do to help us when Delta didn't want to take ownership for their screwups!"
Cons: "Not only did we miss our Delta connection but when Delta rebooked us on a British Airways flight they refused to help when British Airways could not access our tickets. they kept saying since it was Virigin Atlantic who we originally booked through that VA woulkd have to fix it, even thought Delta was the actual carrier and the ones that did the rebooking onto the British Airways flight"

Pros: "The staff onboard was friendly and attentive. They made every effort to make sure I had whatever I wanted. Boarding was quick and easy. The onbaord entertainment system had a large selection and I was never without something worth watching."
Cons: "The first class accommodation isn't as good as advertised. The seat is supposed to completely recline allowing you to sleep. Unfortunately if you're 6 foot or taller there isn't enough room. Other airlines like Emirates gives you more room in their business class so it's disappointing to see United 1st class is so cramped. The screens for the onboard entertainment system in first class are lower quality then those used in coach."

Cons: "What I didn't like was two idiots behind me that talked loudly for the whole flight and it being a late flight it would have been good to catch a nap. Nothing to do with the flight but really they talked for the whole time they were sitting across the aisle from each other."

Cons: "We decided to volunteer to take a different flight from our connection to New York because they were overbooked. When it came time to board the international flight, they screwed up our boarding passes and made us wait until the end to board. We were zone 1, priority boarding. The tv screens were very small and so glitchy I stopped watching my movie halfway through. The connector flight from philly to NYC was much more comfortable and had beautiful screens."

Pros: "Fairly comfortable, seated in an exit row. It was an early flight on an A319. Always nice to have free seat back entertainment. Crew was friendly and accommodating."

Cons: "The plane was 20 minutes late getting to the gate. Then we sat on the runway for over 30 minutes, while we waited in line for 30 other planes to take off. After a long day and a flight from Venice Italy, it was a bit disappointing to have this sort of delay."

Cons: "Our seats were assigned at the gate. We were literally seated in the last 2 rows of the plane. It was loud and tight and I would have NEVER booked those seats!! The whole fiasco was a complete turn off. And will make me reconsider booking through delta especially if it's a connecting flight!"
