Bag service at Iad airport was not nice at all. They served economy class first unvip first. This happened many times with different airports

We had requested a wheel chair assist for my husband who has Parkinson’s. The first seat we came to we got off the plane was staffed by 3 men-one was on his cell phone, one was sleeping and the fellow we spoke with was rude and seemed as if he didn’t care that we had a plane to catch in one hour. A person with a wheel chair came and took us to the center area for wheelchairs. Here we waited for 20-25 minutes while our flight went to “boarding.” Finally a woman came with a cart and we zipped through the airport.

The crew checked the immigration laws very quickly for Russian citizenship and confirmed our FVTF for Singapore for 96 hrs. Thank you.

Typically great service from Turkish with comfortable seat and amenitie, good food and great attention from staff.

Excellent staff despite some trying passenger situations. Very impressed with their good attitudes and kindness.

They have adopted a crazy "no paper boarding passes at all cost policy". We spent half an our at the checkin stall – my elderly mother and her grandchildren were flying. She had no phone reception for some reason (besides being an inexperienced smartphone user), the kids had dumbphones, And they still won't issue a paper boarding pass. We had to do a lengthy dance with getting the boarding pass SMS on my phone and transferring them to her phone via WiFi. This was horrible, honestly. I can't imagine how they could manage it without me being there. Trees (and airline profits) should be less important than people.

The crew is not focused on the guests but on their task!! No extra service. No business class amenities provided. A crew is not friendly if you ask for something extra, like tea. It takes 30 minutes, and you have to go them 3 reminders. Lack of friendliness, less but more of let me finish and go back to their group and Talk. Like a passenger is in on there way. So get your I gave you food just shut up

I'm very tall so the leg room of the seats could have been a little more spacious. Otherwise, everything was excellent
