Flying business class but the experience was that of economy class
Boarding was very slow and unorganized. As a result we were delayed for 25 minutes crew is not friendly. food , entertainment and service was mediocre I bought in flight internet and paid $42.61 it did not eben worked after 10 minutes and no one helped I would like a refund on that please
Flight was on time. Food was ok. Entertainment non existent.
Excellent excellent flight! I’m sure it helped that the turbulence and the weather cooperated, but the staff was wonderful. The legroom was perfect and my husband is 6‘1“ and he felt perfectly fine. Best flight I’ve taken in a long time.
The transfer was awful, everyone was running to catch the flight, there was no information on the process. We git to the gate and the boarding was late and had to stay in different lines but there was no guidance. The flight was late and uncomfortable, probably one of the worst flights I have been on. The luggage was sent to a different terminal and still did not make back to us.
The awful part was the customs delays at ZRH. The good part is the flight was delayed long enough to accommodate. The flight itself was fairly comfortable.
It was on time and we arrived safely—that's a good thing. Other than that, my son's seatback storage pocket was ripped and couldn't hold anything, and his footrest was stuck so he couldn't use it. You pay extra money for allegedly more comfort, but the plane was old and the seats were broken. No drinks were offered in the beginning like in other premium economy settings, no hot towels. It was really basic and nothing more than economy other than three times the price. Very disapointed. My food tray was VERY dirty—I couldn't even eat anything after seeing that. I will try to avoid SWISS in my future travels
Slow boarding, late departure and arrival. Very good crew and free messaging over WiFi but outdated electronics and seats
Overall good solid airline but got “burn” with my check in the “free ” laugage that weighed 8 kg.
A little delayed and the timing between flights was tight
Flight crew was super friendly and helpful. Food was frequent and honestly pretty good. Plenty of on-board entertainment. Economy seats are super cramped for such a long flight, but the crew allowed people to get up and stretch, and kids could wander with their parents, so we all made it work. Overall a very good experience.
I couldn’t make my first flight due to weather delays trapping us in the town we were in. Then I had to buy a new ticket
The seats were comfortable and we had leg room. Great entertainment.
I feel bad, but Swiss airlines is not an airlines I will ever fly again. Their cabins are basic, seats are extremely uncomfortable, crew is a hit or a miss with service. What's worse is how they make you feel they are there to make money and not make your travel needs be met or make your travel a pleasure. They charge for 2nd bags, seat selection and felt like a budget arinines frontier/spirit airline attitude and approach. Their business class is from the early 2000s, basic. Additionally, planes going to India, are old, falling apart and not maintained. Even the crew mentioned this is typical of the airline having older planes going to India. Panels detached and loose or stuck with duct tape, seats scruffed up and dirty, seatbelts roughed up. The scariest thing was when I saw a window panel next to where I was sitting loose and dangling. The crew mentioned it's only cosmetic and assured the integrity of the plane was inspected by the maintenance crew. This is where they confessed about planes going to India being old. I UNFORTUNATELY would NOT recommend Swiss airlines to anyone and will NEVER fly with them again!
Ability to watch movies.No earbud sound system.Marginal beverage service.Unexplained late take off resulting in VERY tight connection in LA which proved maximally stressful.
Sitting in 1A I can honestly say, that being a first class seat the leg room is sub par. The crew was attentive and friendly. Food was a a cheeseburger with fries. Fries on an airplane came as expected: no very crispy 😉
United Premium Plus or Premium Economy was almost twice the price as regular Economy, but the value is much worse. The seat is a bit wider and more comfortable. but not by much. The food was not good, felt like cheap fast foods on a little bit of silverware. The flight attendance service was the worse, not much attention to passenger, no helping of any kind. All in all, United Premium Plus is not worth its price, and was much worse than its Asian or Europe counter parts.
On long flights with semi-comfortable seats the airline needs to accommodate for the need to stand up. Otherwise a fight becomes pure torture. Not even business class provides for that.
The flight and staff was very good However: we could not check in using the website. We got the reminders and updated information but could not check in on either flight. And we did have the United App. Also just a tip for fellow travelers - going through customs in Chicago Ohare Airport it terrible.
I had always heard bad reviews about United Airlines so I have always avoided them when traveling. Little did I know that when I booked my flight with Swiss Air they would swap it to a United Airlines flight. The change was made only days before my departure leaving me no option to cancel or get a refund. I hoped for the best but experienced the worst. I paid for 2 seats for my daughter (13)and i to travel together. Both times leaving from home airport and returning from vacation, they sat us apart from each other: different seats and rows far away where we couldn'teven see or waive at each other. There was no option to change because by the time you're allowed to check-in the only seats available next to each other cost nearly $200 each. I stomached the extra cost from the first flight hoping the return flight would be better. No chance! The return flight was worse. I was sandwiched for an 9 hour flight between 2 stangers while my 13 year old sat 5 rows down . Just horrible experience. NEVER AGAIN will i fly Swiss Air or United Airlines ! So disappointing.
Dirty and smelly lavatory and toilets in Wamos Air operated flights
It was an old plane with seats not comfortable and with little space for the legs. I must say that the previous flight I had was amazing on a very comfortable new plane
1 hour flight. No complaints. Some drinks would have been nice.
One of your male flight attendant was pushy and a bit of a martinette. Completely unnecessary.
I am a larger than average person and in my opinion i don't think it's fair to allocate a window seat to anyone who is my size or larger, i was seated between 2 large passengers on a full aircraft. The guy in the window seat also occupied a portion of the middle seat (my seat) which made my experience of flying with etihad very cramped and uncomfortable, i was flying from Abu Dhabi to Bangkok. Had this been a airbus 380 it would have been better as the seats are larger but unfortunately it wasn't so i had to endure the 6+hrs unable to get any rest

i was not allowed to use lounge, although i had business class ticket, and nobody told me my ticket was not eligible to use lounge
Bad. Flight was very uncomfortable with narrow and shallow seats, very little food and water. I will not fly etihad again.

Boarding could be better. To get through your gate but to be stood in a corridor for 20 minutes is not great.
Generally a good experience except for boarding in Naples on the flight back to London. We were all standing around for at least 20 minutes maybe longer as there was no seating.
sadly in Basel & Naples- no jetway we had to climb up and down stairs with our max size carry-on luggage, which was not fun!!!
Apart from an email about re configuring passenger seating less than 24hrs before flying it was all good.
Be sure to check bags for 23 kg,.(50 lbs) Coming from US I chose the wrong size luggage weight when I checked in on my phone, and had to pay more when I dropped it off
The flight was delayed for over 1 hour. The boarding process is appalling making you wait for 30 minutes in the passage leading to the outside door without any seats.
Well Is extra charge for everything and other companies include that and the price.
EverEverything was actually great. Except one of the male flight attendants had the worst BO and needed to shower and wear deodorant. It was horrible.

We free from Zurich - Frankfort- San Francisco. Our first plane was delayed. We were lucky that they held the plane for the second part of our flight, but our bags didn’t make it on the plane. Waiting for the bags and submiitjng a claim added time after a long flight, and I will have to drive back to SFO to get out bags.
Absolutely the worst food I ever had on any flight. Half of passengers simply didn't eat their meals, as I noticed.
The short leg flight was fine. Crew and airport were nice to allow special assistance which helped.
Great plane and flight attendants. The person next to me had a DISGUSTING smelling mouth and breath, so that was nasty to deal with the whole flight. Brush your teeth, people! Condor was amazing, though :-)
Seats are not comfortable. Some of the food was good and some not so good.
Quick easy flight, checked my bag and was told to pick it up in LAX but my bag stayed in Frankfurt. I am tracking it with an air tag. I filed a complaint with Alaska Airlines at my last stop in SJC.
Because of luggage I had to upgrade to premium economy , which was worth it!
The seats are too close to the ones in front.
I don't believe we were given any food... but for the size of the plane, it was pretty comfortable and a nice flight. I dont believe there was any individual onboard entertainment, and the headphone jack was the one with 2 holes, so I couldnt use my headphones... the boarding times were all over the place, and we never really flew on time.
