Long wait at the check in line, counter with only one agent. Once at the counter we were told there would be a wait for the car, even with advanced booking. Two hours +by the time we actually got the car. I ended up being charged more than double the original quoted price. They required me to add a daily insurance fee of $15 plus tax per day and a tolling fee of $60 plus tax for the five day rental. I repeatedly asked if there were options to 1. Not buy insurance, or 2. Pay the tolls individually, which would have cost less than $5. Nope. Those weren't options. Neither was there an option to see any printed material about what the insurance actually bought, such as an insurance contract. So I was stuck with a much higher bill than originally promised when I reserved, and I wasn't really sure what, if anything, I was paying for.Reviewed Jun 5 2023

Customer service sucked. We waited 25 mins for pick up from the airport. The workers were very unwilling to help us and reiterated their closing and opening hours. Our drop off was 8pm and they wanted to rip us off. $700CAD deposit is ridiculous.Reviewed Jun 2 2023
