I paid for and booked for Hyundai Tuscon or similar but I got Mitsubishi Outlander. Car was ok but no CarPlay or no Navigation system. It’s very hard to drive without navigation in unknown place.

I would never rent from Ace. Read the reviews. They allow you to book a vehicle and they cancel on you the same day. We arrived in Hawaii and received a voicemail that they no longer had a vehicle for us. Completely unacceptable.
