I did cancel, the place smell very bad and the attention was terrible.

Hidden fees right out of the gate. Tried to downgrade initially. Grumpy staff.

I was disappointed. They were sold out of the type car i reserved so tried to give an “upgrade” to a vehicle I wasn’t comfortable driving. They gave me a car that was so beat up it probably shouldn’t have been on the road. I would not use them again.
