The employee was wonderful. The car was clean and new, but we booked a midsize SUV and got a ‘Kicks’ that was uncomfortable and so small my husband and my elbows were bumping each other over the center console . My real issue is the up charging. I paid ahead of time online to save some money, and when we arrived, they tacked on $400+ of extra fees for tolls, another driver, etc. It honestly felt like a huge scam.Reviewed Mar 15 2026
