They need better signing at the airport, it took a while to find the office. The car had a broken tail light when I got it. They should fix the cars before they rent them again. And the car didn’t have any windshield liquid so I had to clean it manually.Reviewed Feb 6 2023

Don't rent from Alamo in Cartagena, Colombia!Pros:The agent at the rental agency was nice.Cons:When we got off the plane in Cartagena we couldn't find an Alamo Rental agency! So we took a taxi. When we got to the rental agency, they said that they never received a notification of our rental & had no vehicles available. They got on the telephone but couldn't get any resolution. We got a taxi & he was able to find us a rental but the price was very high & the insurance we had purchased was useless.Reviewed Dec 2 2016
