Cons: Customer service on phone was not so friendly. I wanted to change my drop off location but was told that I was unable because that location wasn't accepting one way rentals. Then they would not even give me a choice of another location that I could potentially change to, only my original location.
Pros: Ended up with a brand new F150. Good gas mileage and very comfortable. Counter rep was very nice and efficient.
Cons: I had to find the vehicle because they didn’t know which parking spot it was in. Small lot so not too difficult. The spaces were all labeled National no Alamo signs.

Two sore issues
Pros: I liked the economics gas mileage and the overall cleanliness of the car.
Cons: The fact that the cruise control did not work for my thousand mile trip did not please me. Also, I was told that you have no control over hotwire charging me double for an insurance policy on the vehicle that was not needed. And Hotwire has not responded to my complaint on this issue.

Great car but reeked of smoke
Cons: Car smelled like smoke and consequently when I dropped it off, so did I.
Cons: Same car as above, so just the odor in car was noticeable.
