My experience with Alamo, and kayak in general, was awful. We reserved a car in a foreign country with the expectation of picking it up, but when we got there they told us there were no cars left for us. We were then told to get a cab back to the airport to try to rent a car there, and Alamo again had no other cars left so we went to another agency entirely. Alamo had nothing to offer us and I am disturbed by the “service” that kayak claims to offer. We wasted an entire day in desperation trying to fix Kayak’s wrongdoings and I do expect a refund of the hold fee as well as vouchers if they every expect us to utilize their website again.Reviewed Nov 7 2024
