The didn't deliver the car to me because I have a foreign license. I have just moved to the UAE, I can drive my my foreign license for 6 months, but Alamo doesn't deliver the car to a resident who still drives on foreign license. I didn't end up renting the car The advertised price was wrong and they wanted me to pay $75 per day for insurance . We just went to the shuttle to the place and had to take a taxi to the airport to rent another car.Reviewed Feb 9 2026

My bad experience is based on the additional service charges that made the final price much higher than what was shown on the app, even after I explained that my credit card already had full coverage. Very poor service; I was traveling with my children and four seniors and couldn't make another reservation due to our flight arrival times.
