Cons:The woman at the desk without asking added an additional $160 charge without discussing it with me. Said because it was a van, we had to get commercial insurance. Totally shady. Ended up having to pay 150 more for a suburban instead. Really frustrating.
Pros:Charlie did a great job. I was in and out in less than 5 min.
Cons:Windows needed cleaning on the inside.
Pros:The young woman who worked with me at the desk was very pleasant and efficient.
Cons:Brought the car back 1 day early. No refund.
Pros:They gave us an upgrade when we got to the car-lot. Don't know if they didn't have the size car I reserved but we greatly appreciated the extra room the up-grade afforded us. Thanks.
