Pros:Friendly desk staff... GREAT price!!!
Pros:Nothing.
Cons:When we got to the Budget counter to pick up the car, the Budget employee was very rude and informed us our car wasn’t available, so we would have to wait “for a while” or pay for an upgrade. Since we were unwilling to pay for what they should have provided free, he provided us with a compact car that had NO CRUISE CONTROL... not acceptable for a 6 hr drive!

Cons:The car seats were stained. Every one. And gas was not exactly a full tank
Pros:Everything was as expected, no surprises.
Cons:They only had moving trucks at the address where I was sent to get the car and NO ONE was there to open the office!! I called the 800 number for budget and they verified ahead of time someone would be there but they were closed! It was horrible. We ended up taking our own vehicle to Tampa. I will NEVER use Kayak again!!!

Cons:They charged us more for 3 hours late than a full day rental
Cons:Car had warning lights illuminated on the dash board (low tire pressure). I went back to the counter to see if someone could help resolve the issue. They told me to go back to the car and someone would be right there. I waited for more than 30 minutes and no one every showed up so I just left... I had already spent more than 1 hour trying to get a car and get on my way. Long lines and and no customer service. Will not use Budget again...
