Pros:easy, courteous employees and quick pick-up of car.
Pros:Pick-up was extremely easy. I checked in on their computer system and went to their lot, picked a car in my class, and drove off. Drop off was also extremely easy - pulled in, they asked if the tank was full, and we were all set. Couldn't have been easier.
Cons:Would have liked a couple more models to choose from in the Compact category. Other than that, nothing - the whole thing was better than any other rental car experience I've had.

Pros:I picked up my car very fast. No queue, no hassle. I wanted to extend rental for one day by phone, and it went very efficient also.

Pros:Service was fast, and I also like the machine to self-rent the car without having to stay in line for a long time.
Cons:We picked one car without the plate (there were more than 2 cars at the compact without plates on, as they were new). We were told that we could pick any car there we want, even without plate. However, upon exit, we reminded the security and he later found out that the permit expired~!!! Off road..
