Cons:They got my reservation but refused to give me a car. No explanation was given, and they also refused to give me my money back. I rented a car with another company instead.

Cons:- During pickup, the kiosk kept trying to sell more add-ons for additional fee, which was a bit annoying. - The car we got required major maintenance. There were loud noises coming from the whole car. Which got amplified around potholes and when turning. - Uncomfortable ride, may be it was the car we picked or may be it was because it was not maintained properly. - I rent frequently, so in comparison to other companies, the car was definitely VERY high mileage, not sure if that is always the case with Alamo cars or we just got "lucky"
