Pros:Properly staffed check in counter that kept the line moving and self serve machines. Very friendly staff who gave helpful advice like don’t pay for the extra driver because spouses are covered for free. We arrived early and even got to pick up the car ahead of time our scheduled time. And we had booked an economy car but when we got to the garage, they gave us a Kia soul, which I personally really like to drive. Everyone was all smiles, which is so rare at car rentals, and it really started our trip off right!
