Cons:Can't review the car because I didn't get one! Had a reservation and confirmation, but when I got to the store, they wouldn't honor the reservation. Had to spend serious amounts of money on cabs and last-minute rentals elsewhere. Left me in the middle of Phoenix with no way to get around. After spending money on a cab to get there, the woman behind the counter lied to my face about calling me and saying I had given a wrong number. When I asked her to read it back, it was the right number. Never going back to this place.

Pros:The representatives were very helpful and efficient. There were no hiccups, no extra fees. I will definitely be using them in the future.

Pros:I liked nothing about my experience with Enterprise. I will never do business with them again.
Cons:Potentially having my car at the location it was reserved would be a start? When we got to the service counter it was closed directing people downstairs. When I got down there the Enterprise Agent Tyler told me my car/reservation was at another Enterprise location. He then proceeded ignore any and all followup questions I had and instead proceeded to talk to customers behind me as if I didn't exist. I've honestly never been treated so poorly in my life. Avis had my in a car 30 minuets later. Never again will I even consider Enterprise, such an awful company to close the entire service desk and direct people through one terrible agent.

Cons:Drop off at Phoenix sky harbor was not good. There are no signs to tell you where budget is. It’s all says Avis. That was frustrating!!
