Cons:Everything about Alamo. Even though we had a reservation, there was no car available - for our group or for several others waiting for cars.

Cons:After arriving at 11pm in anchorage to find out that you do not have a car which you reserved in January is terrible. Absolutely terrible. Thanks anchorage Airport Alamo.

Pros:Check in was painless and super fast. Gentlemen at the counter was super helpful. Return was great as well! Gentleman there made it quick and easy, which was great as I was running late for my flight. Will definitely rent from again!
