I did not receive this rental and was still charged for the insurance. Bad experience overall. I called the day before asked if I could use my debit card and to clarify insurance. Was told yes. I could use my navy federal card for this. Arrived- could not use it. Wasted my whole morning and had to take my personal vehicle. Then had to perform multiple services to my car for the trip and had to replace two perfectly good tires when I returned because of road conditions. Cost me and I STILL have not received a refund for insurance I never got. Scam.

Kayak is the problem. I never got an email or anything from them saying I had a rental even. I have used Alamo and they were great. Kayak is the problem.

Customer service was great, the vehicle was brand new ( actually 3 miles on the odometer. I extended my stay and again everything went smoothly! I’m a fan!

Our flight was 10 hours late but Alamo had the car we needed ready for us! The vehicle was in great condition and drop off took less than two minutes! Our experience with Alamo was great from start to finish!

When you emerge from baggage claim at Palma airport, there is absolutely NO signage or instruction where to go for your Alamo/National/Enterprise car rental. It is as if they don't exist. If you're lucky and ask the right person, you'll learn that you need to drag your bags for 5 minutes to a transportation pickup area where their shuttle will drive you 10-15 minutes to an off-airport location. No signage anywhere to tell you this. Nada. Likewise when you return your Alamo/National/Enterprise car rental, allow plenty of time. There are a couple of gas stations at the airport but they can be busy. There is no signage at the airport to tell you where their return office area is located. Again it is as if they don't exist. Your GPS navigation is the only way you'll find it; there are NO signs. Allow plenty of time. Their shuttle will take 10-15 minutes to drop you at the transportation pickup area which again is a 5 minute walk dragging your bags to the terminal. Do not count on there being luggage carts when you get dropped at this area but you may be lucky. The shuttle does not drop you right at the terminal door. Other places, sure. But Alamo/National/Enterprise is a very inconvenient choice at Palma Airport. Not recommended. Pay a little more and go with Sixt etc.
