What could have been better would have been having a car for me when I showed up, as indicated on my reservation. No car, reservation not honored, no notification given in advance so I could find an alternative, no help provided on site.

I was scheduled to pick up the car at 11:00 AM, but I arrived at 11:45 AM. Even though I was a little late, the car was still not ready. I was told that because I didn't arrive at 11:00 AM, they hadn't prepared the car. One employee kindly helped by vacuuming it, but the car was not washed. It seemed like the staff were rushing because the location was about to close around 12:00 PM. However, customers who arrive before closing time should still receive the same level of service. Overall, I was disappointed with the experience and expected better customer service.

My email was wrong and corrected in Edinburgh by the person delivered the Car, but same wrongly email still saved in the system and presented to me during return of Car at Gatwick Airport. Besides that, excellent service!

The customer service was excellent during both pickup and drop-off. The instructions were clear, and the front-desk staff were professional and didn’t pressure me to purchase additional coverage for my rental. As usually happens. The car was mechanically well maintained, but its appearance was quite poor, with numerous scratches and old dents. Because of its condition, it was difficult to tell whether any damage was pre-existing or had occurred during my rental period.
