We rejected all such service, and when I got the contract with amount higher than that at the reservation, he said it's because of the extra tank of gas. He told us if we filled our tank when we returned the car, it would be refunded.We trusted him.

Cons:They said that as i bought my insurance from KAYAK instead of from them in case of an accident i would have to pay the amount to budget, and then i would have to deal myself with the insurance to get the reimbursement.
