Pros:Pick up and drop off was quick and easy
Cons:Actual cost was FAR higher than quoted and it did not state that if using debit card and not credit card that you had to prepay for a full tank of gas.

Pros:Very easy process, staff was attentive and welcoming. Car was nice, no issues.
Cons:My only complaint was that I feel I was upsold how 'Iceland is different from other countries so the insurance is more worthwhile here.' I came in November and other then some rain and higher winds, I really didn't think the weather was all that special. I didn't encounter any gravel roads going to the main sites along the southern coast and their certainly wasn't need for the wind and ash insurance. Now certainly these things happen, of course, and it's good to be aware, but I felt like the way everyone was talking about the weather I would be stupid not to take it, yet the changes were really not that different from my home country. So maybe I would amend the shtick on insurance to 'useful if you only drive in sunny weather' or something similar.

Pros:The staff was very friendly and got us into our car very fast. No issues with extra fees or aggressive upsells.
Cons:The airport bus that was supposed to come every 10 minutes was very late when we dropped off our car, probably 25 minutes late.
