Cons:They wouldn't give me a receipt that the gas tank was full or that the SUV was dropped off in good condition.
Cons:We don't rent cars all day. You know things that we don't. Answer our questions in a friendly way please.

Cons:there was nobody at the booth at the time of pickup. The employee said that she was off the clock and did not provide assistance. I had to wait in line at another company's desk to get help
Pros:fantastic setup. pickup in rochester ny with dropoff in richmond va with no problems on the road whatsoever. next time i will rent a more juiced up suv since i was travelling through the mountains with no turbo power to get up and git. thanxs
Pros:Well I’ve made reservation for pickup truck Ford, Chevy or GMC and instead got small Nissan pickup cuz they didn’t have anything else and it gave 12-14 miles per gallon which would be up to 20 MPG in Ford
Pros:The pickup and drop off was pain less, and the car drove nicely.
Cons:I had the car for just over 24 hours and it was expensive.
Pros:Our flight into Rochester was delayed due to weather and it was the last flight in of the evening. The Alamo kiosk is supposed to close at 11:00 PM, but the company arranged for its staff to stay until the plane arrived and we were able to get our car. I presume this is a corporate policy, but the staff, who had to be tired and stressed by this problem, were courteous, energetic, and helpful. Getting our car was particularly important in Rochester as there is no Uber service and connections to our lodging would have been dicey.
Cons:Can't think of a thing.
Pros:I appreciate how quickly Alamo gets me into my car. Returning the car is even easier! Everyone I have encountered with Alamo is friendly and helpful.
