Pros:Staff was good when I picked up the minivan The vehicle was big enough for what I needed it for. The vehicle was easy to drive.
Cons:The vehicle had a very strong odor of cigarettes That was very disappointing since I was in the car for several hours.
Pros:Nothing. I was told i would not be able to pick up my PREPAID CAR because I used a debit instead of a credit card. Took my money fast enough, but I prepaid to avoid issues and streamline the process, instead it became a nightmare.

Pros:Liked the free upgrade to a larger vehicle.
Cons:Drop off was confusing. It appeared there was one person to record drop offs and there were like 30 cars in the drop off area.
Pros:Great gas mileage. The seats were very comfortable. Plenty of room. Nice vehicle if it were New!!
Cons:The windows were really dirty inside, the left rear sliding door had been damaged before we had the vehicle and there was no lock on it. There was even old tape on the outside where someone had taped the door shut. The door wouldn't lock at all, so every time we stopped for more than a few hours we had to take everything out. The the van came with a Hertz gps built in that locked up more than half the time , getting stuck on the same spot until it reset it's self. The the power switch on the gps didn't work either!!

Pros:The customer service that Shirley gave to me was exceptional and much appreciated. She was patient with my last minute booking and made sure that I was happy with my selection.

Cons:The vehicle that I was requested was not available so I was downgraded. Ordered intermediate got subcompact. The vehicle emergency collision was malfunctioning The vehicle tires were so bad, during a snow storm the vehicle would not drive, poor traction, 1/2 inch of snow. Very dangerous vehicl
