Pros:Fast and easy. It couldn't have been better than that.

Pros:I loved the Jeep with removable roof. It was a blast.
Cons:I didn't like the fact that no gas stations near the airport to fill up, and so was charged almost $50 for 1/2 a tank. Stupid. Made a great experience, just okay.

Cons:Pick up was a bit all over the place. With us constantly having to put add ons after payment because it was so rushed and nothing such as gas, GPS, toll ezpass or anything was offered

Pros:Very friendly, helpful, and efficient service at the counter. Ended up going for an upgrade to an SUV, was handled quickly and explained very well. Car was clean and had a snowbrush waiting for me in the car.

Pros:The price was much more affordable than Hertz's car rental for a driver under 21 years of age, although a little excessive.
Cons:The car was parked very close to a car on the left, which made it very difficult for me to get into the car initially. The car was not clean when I first entered it. The steering wheel was oily and there were crumbs from food on the floor and under the emergency brake. The windshield wipers had some sort of sticky residue under the rubber, not allowing me to properly wipe my windshields. Visibility was low during my road trip, making driving somewhat dangerous.

Not wanting to held responsible for this, I called the customer assistance line and reported it. At drop-off, I was given the run around and asked for my insurance information. I was assured that the damage was minor and
