Pros:Nothing.
Cons:What seems to be a common gripe that I was unaware of Stop making conformations on people's debit cards. I do not own a credit card and don't want one. So needless to say I was unable to Rent-A-Car even after offering them to hold $500 on my debit card I was very disappointed to say the least at 1:30 AM

Pros:Syracuse staff was helpful, friendly, efficient.
Cons:The check engine light came on while I was in NC, 700 miles away from home.Obviously I rented a car for reliability so I called, they told me to take it to local shop and trade it in. I went to 2 different locations and called the airport location. The only thing the staff would say is no cars were available. Which is fine, but there were no other options offered, no recommended plan of action. This is their car, there should have been more guidance. I drove the car back and it made it ok. Not knowing what the issue was or what could go wrong was a stress I did not need on this trip.

Pros:Not having to drive to the airport
Cons:When we went to drop the car off the Sears store closed at 7:00 PM. We thought they would be open until 9:00 and didn't see any reason to check. We used the night drop-off box. The car was dropped off 8:00 PM the night before the scheduled drop-off and since we used the night drop-off I am not sure if we received any credit for returning the car early. In fact it has bee a day and a half since we dropped the car off and I have received two Emails asking for a review and not received any final receipt.
