Helpful staff. Not 100% clean.
comfortable beds and room for 4 not really pretty much what I expected
The staff was excellent, and the location was convenient for the softball tournament we were attending. It was also very clean Its a much older facility, could use some redecorating. Checkout was at 10 not 11.
The Saco River Motor Lodge and Suites is an example of old (50s-60s) New England charm at its best. Its right on the Saco River and canoe rentals are right across the street. Everything was great...just so long as you don't expect it to be like a Holiday Inn...its right on the Saco River where a sleek, modern hotel just wouldn't fit in.
The rooms were cozy clean neet and quiet. The morning breckfast was a warming surprise . I will come back again thanks !!!
location hot water problem, TV is vary small
Helpful staff, nice location, great rooms and the WiFi works. What more do you need!
The Queen room had an electric fireplace! A $50 pay to make sure no smoking. It was a non-smoking room so that meant NO smoking. Even tho I got it back. It was not mentioned in the email, did not like
Great location, clean, I think you'll like it. Take a shower early, hot water was not there at 9am
About 5 miles off the main drag but very clean and quiet. We were upgraded to a suite which had 2 bedrooms and a kitchenette. Would be great for family traveling with children. Cellular service is extremely iffy. Wifi available and motel phones are outdial only.
Low price. Location to mountains. Breakfast start time is a little late for folks wanting to get an early start on the mountains.

The price can't be beat and there were many options for all travelers. More comfortable than a tent an cost similar to some commercial campgrounds. The owners were extremely helpful and kind. Overall this was a pleasure. A little dusty but nothing of a concern for hikers.
