Pros. Carla at the motel in front of this is the only good thing about this
Cons. The guy at the Royal Inn (in the back) is literally the worst person I've ever met and when I tried to get an early check in and he said that he would charge me an additional night, so I contacted their corporate office and was given an early check-in. When I tried to check in, he gave me the key and I had asked for an additional key, and he took my key back and would not let me check in. He told me to cancel my reservation or go to the motel at the front and check in there. Carla is literally an angel and I'm beyond thankful to have worked with her. She made the only positive impact on an extremely horrible trip.
Pros. Quiet except for the jets flying over. Did not hear the jets during the night. The air was cold.
Cons. Mold in bathroom, there was hair and stains on the sheets, the comforter had some type of hard crusty substance all over the bottom half, hair in the bathtowels, smelled of smoke even though we got nonsmoking.
Pros. The staff was very friendly.
Cons. The room was smelly, had a cracked window in need of repair and the room was dirty and aged. My room key stopped working in the middle of my stay and it wasn't very family friendly.
