Pros: Location, cleanlines.
Pros: Comfortable rooms, great service
Cons: Everything was great.
Pros: The inn is run by a very pleasant couple and each room reflects the milieu of Tubac. Lovely place for a quiet and arts oriented weekend.
Pros: I did Like the room it’s was nice and clean
Cons: I didn’t like the coffee maker it’s was kinda not clean inside the water tank for it. And there was a lot a lot of bugs and flying ants outside and inside the room I killed couple of flying ants and another too black bugs but the worse I got bit by something I didn’t what was it tell I wake up in the morning it’s was Camel spider I killed it inside the room running around inside the room. I can’t believe they know there is a lot of bugs and spiders in that area and they don’t fumigate.i don’t how run place never meet them because it’s was a self check it’s just what I experienced there.
Pros: A charming getaway within walking distance to Tubac Country Club, shopping, restaurants and hiking! We loved our room and will definitely come back.
Pros: I loved the appearance of the room and of the location. The breakfast basket in the morning was an amazing little treat that makes the stay even more special! Everything was amazing! I would stay here again and again!
Cons: 2 couples staying in the 2 room suite with one room having privacy, and only 1 bath room. Overall a very pleasant stay with a very good breakfast service.
Pros: Ivan and April are wonderful hosts. The location is convenient to shops and hiking without being in the middle of town. Love having our breakfast basket delivered everyday. Lovely courtyard for enjoying a fire at night and cardinals by day.
Pros: Charming setting, pleasant hosts, updated territorial-Arizona feel for both the room and the grounds. The layout of this small inn also gives you privacy and a great view. What a pleasure to sit on the porch and look out on the lovingly tended grounds. The breakfast basket was just right (world-class croissants, butter, jam, yogurt, orange & apple juice, and bananas) to complement in-room coffee or tea. Many cool places to eat in the village, so this light breakfast was perfect for us. We were there for the glorious explosion of golden poppies. We nearly always have them in Arizona in the spring, but this year's bountiful rains resulted in the Inn's yard being a blanket of gold. (Some grumpy traveler mentioned plastic flowers on the porch tables; really?! This is the desert and native flowers are essentially seasonal and short lived. Enjoy the color as it comes to you.) Probably this would be a fun place to go with friends in the fall or winter and sit out at the fireplace at night. Lots of restaurants in the village, but the family restaurant SOTO's across the way has an intriguing appetizer MOCHOMOS, essentially a flash-fried dried beef or pork that almost disintegrates in your mouth. Served with a dish of pico de gallo, a typical slaw, and tortillas, this becomes a taco filling. Those of our party intrigued by the texture gave in and ate little piles, not even bothering with the taco fixings. (Mochomos is an Opata Indian word from the Mexican state of Sonora and refers to the large night-working ants found in Mexico's desert areas.) We'd had a late lunch, so were happy just to wander across the street and enjoy a couple of appetizer plates with a margarita.
Cons: Nothing that would prevent our enthusiastic recommendation, but we experienced an odd internet issue that may be related to our tech setup or possibly an intermittent electrical hiccup overnight. My iPad worked fine but my husband experienced considerable computer lag on MacBookAir. We were only there til mid-day and computer issues weren't significant. Easy wifi login.
Pros: The place was very nicely furnished and decorated. Everything we would need was there for our comfort.
Cons: single ply toilet paper.
Pros: Very cute and quaint rooms. Ivan was very personable and friendly. Loved the breakfast basket at the door in the morning, it was full of goodies (and the delicious, homemade cinnamon raisin bread was amazing)!
Cons: The dilapidated trailer park next door was a bit disarming when we pulled up, but the property itself was really cute!

Pros: How do you rate salmon eggs benedict, fabulous Mexican, avocado blueberry walnut smoothy?!!
Pros: Esther and Larry were fantastic hosts. The breakfast was amazing, delicious, nutritious, and bountiful . We spent an extra night due to weather and our hosts made us feel totally at home. The ranch is spacious with Esther's paintings throughout. It is surrounded by mountains but only 5 minutes from the center of Tubac which has a number of good restaurants. We had our own spacious suite. We highly recommend a stay at this bed and breakfast.
Cons: There wasn't anything we didn't like
Pros: Absolutely faultless ! Esther was a fantastic host and welcomed us to this working ranch. Accommodation comprised the entire wing of the house, spotlessly clean with some of Esther's beautiful paintings decorating the walls. Separate cosy sitting room with Netflix big screen TV and huge sofa with throws, bedroom looked over the mountains and a super comfy bed with new flannelette sheets and satin cover, coffee making area and loads of storage. Esther's breakfast a delight with goodies to take with us for the day. The ranch is a little way out of Tubac but scores on being totally quiet and we thoroughly enjoyed Esther's recommended trail walks and her recommendation of Wisdens Restaurant a few minutes drive away.
Pros: We got to the Ranch late in the evening and it was dark, but Ester was waiting for us to arrive and was very courteous. We had no idea that the included breakfast was such a great feast. We sat outside in the patio and enjoyed a home cooked ranch breakfast which was an organic meal with healthy smoothie. We will book this Ranch for every stay in Tubac. Thank you Ester.

Cons: The walls are a bit thin but that is to Be expected. Our neighbors had small children and they kept us awake the second night but that is not the Hotels fault.
Pros: Location of this property is great. Pool and hot tub were great. Staff friendly. Room was quiet. Golf course very nice and staff there were friendly. Cons: Room is in need of new paint and upgrading. Peeling paint on the terrace. Bathroom shower door did not work and enclosure looked moldy. No in-room safe for valuables. We stayed 5 days and did not have sheets changed once. Had to ask for washcloths as none were in the room on arrival. They seem to have a thing about towels; when we arrived there were only 2 towels and 2 hand towels in the bathroom so we asked for at least 3 each day and we got 3. To get pool towels, you have to sign them out at the desk and return them before you leave or, as they made very clear, you will be charged for them.
Pros: Beautiful grounds, great staff, room did not have A/C

Pros: The room was clean and updated.
Cons: Room was very small. Our balcony went to an indoor/outdoor courtyard that was surrounded by other peoples rooms and hallways. It was very impractical and we had to keep the curtains closed the whole time. The restaurant also refused service. No idea wh

Inability to get a "to-go" box for breakfast. Windows only had a black-out curtain as there was nothing that would obscure a view, but let in some light.
