Perfect place
Location is amazing. Easy walk to all tourist spots. Very helpful staff. WiFi worked great. Grocery store a block away with very cheap prices! Very safe area as well. Nothing to worry about.
No complaints at all. No fridges in room which would have been nice.

location was ideal and the room was just the right size. the layout was great for me because the desk was at the center of the room and bed was near window.
staff were lackluster. I was not impressed with anyone's attitude at this hotel, they would help with requests like borrowing an umbrella, or getting plastic eating utensils, but there was always a follow-up remark that was unnecessary. "is it really raining?" , why are you not eating at a restaurant, is Amsterdam too expensive for you", "you do not always need to use the complimentary filtered water - Dutch tap water is fine" Checking out was a mess too. I would stay at the hotel again, but just make a point to avoid staff at all possible.

The location is excellent, the hotel staff are nice. I also appreciate the security, the acess is denied if you do not have the room card and at night it's necessary to use a ring bell.

“Expected there to be a warm breakfast, which was disappointing. Also got booked in for the wrong time”
“Location is perfect, a stroll away form the centre, Van Gogh Museum and Vondelpark. Me and my friends didn't use the bus/tram once, except for the airport of course. As I said, very central, but very quiet, I didn't hear any noise whatsover from the outside. Bus stop with direct bus to/from airport just 5min walk. Check-in earlier (we arrived at around 11h), and they let us go to our rooms and leave our stuff, which was great!! Very much appreciate it. Room was spacious, big bed (and super comfy). There's a Nespresso machine, which I loved. The bathroom has a decent size. Breakfast was not bad but I had better (due to Covid it was very basic, but did the trick I guess). In the lobby they have a few items (chocolate, chips, beer/sodas, and such, even charging cables for your phones) for sale, and you can pay with credit card, very simple and it's good to have something like that at hand). If you didn't want to have your room cleaned, they would leave fresh towels in a bag outside. Overall great experience and I hope I'll be back soon.”
