Cons:Notified the front desk about crickets in our room, under the sink, said they'd have someone deal with it while we were out for the day, came back to the hotel and had to listen to the crickets again that night, then found another one in the tub in the morning. We were notified, after three nights that we were not allowed to have the ac below 72 degrees, not when checking in, but three days later. What's the point in having an ac unit if you can't use it? Then we get to the watered down juice they serve with breakfast... I think its tacky to water down your apple and orange juice, but what made it worse was that they used the tap water which tasted HORRID!!! And the boiled eggs had an odd buttery after taste, that was not very pleasant. Oh, and then we go out to use the hot tub, but it's as cold as the pool! And not one attempt to make any of it right, just a casual "oh, sorry about that" attitude? If I wanted crickets in my room, I'd go camping, seriously.
Cons:The room has fly bugs,The towel very old.
Cons:My wife and I booked a single King bed room, and we got a double queen room- no solution from staff. The room is old but has obviously had updates, but it was dirty when we got there, stuff on the floor, spots/stains, old burn holes on the comforters, I would sit in the chair as a dare maybe.... It has some great stories to tell I'm sure- based on the stains and wear. Bathroom is updated, but the toilet paper holder is nearly busted off the wall (it actually fell off once and was repaired during our stay) and the toilet tank lid is off another model and it doesn't fit. I took pictures of it all but you can't post them in reviews. At almost $250 a night- nonrefundable- for four nights, I honestly expected a lot better. Also the pictures online are a fair bit generous with the size, scale, and location. Staff so far has been extremely kind and professional but there's nothing they can do to solve the bed situation. At the end of our four day stay, I found a live baby cockroach in the apple juice at the hotel breakfast, and live bugs in our sink. I would love to hear from management on this. I will stay somewhere else next time we visit the convention center or Disneyland.
Cons:Plumbing wasn't good. Toilet kept making too much noise. Heard everything from outside. And room smelt a little.
Cons:Missing room 213. Kept hearing noises near my room.
