Cons. Stains on floor and furniture. Ended up leaving because of the room was that dirty with stains I didn’t want to even sleep on the mattress. Horrible! Don’t stay here. Save your money go somewhere else or spend the extra bucks elsewhere.
Pros. We loved our hotel room suite. It was perfect for separating my 4 month old and toddler. The toddlergot to stay up with us and he baby got to go to sleep in her own area! It worked out great for us!
Pros. Rooms was clean, reasonably large, close to Disneyland.
Cons. When we arrived, having already paid in full online, we were charged another $30 that they claimed was a "resort fee". We used search criteria that included free parking and free breakfast but in the morning we discovered they offered no breakfast. There was very limited parking and so they use the garage next door, and while it was free it was a huge distance from our rooms, especially with our sleeping kiddos and luggage. They also charged 15$ extra for a roll away bed for my son. Overall we were angry and disappointed at the additional costs. If we had known it would cost us extra 45$ dollars plus 30$ for breakfast out for for our crew we would have chosen somewhere nicer to stay for the same price.
Pros. This is my second time staying at the Portifino Inn and Suites and both times I have had a wonderful experience. The staff are some of the friendliest in town and they were incredibly accommodating even though my husband and I landed in L.A. at 9:00 and were there to check in very early in the morning. I will definitely stay there again!
Pros. The rooms were laid out nicely with the king bed in one room and the bunk beds and couch in the other.
Cons. The beds were horribly uncomfortable and ancient. The walls are thin and we listened to our upstairs neighbors walk around until the wee hours. On top of that, our credit card was charged by the hotel after we paid in full through Kayak. When we spoke to the manager to adjust it, he told us multiple times 'we weren't supposed to see that bill' (since it was significantly lower than what we paid!) On top of that, he asked us to pay a resort fee, which was clearly laid out in the bill that he sent to Kayak. Very frustrating end to our stay, and we will not be going back.
Pros. Hotel staff was very rude, there was no place to park had to park next door for 25 a night. I would never stay at this place again
Pros. The staff was wonderful
Pros. Beds were comfortable, we both slept well
Cons. A high resort fee. Listed as $10 on some paperwork, charged $15 a night at checkout. Pool area was all concrete, jammed in between 2 buildings, hardly "resort like" No free shuttle to Disneyland Not enough parking, forced to use Valet Parking
Pros. Short walk to convention center and the Hilton conference rooms. Hotel is well maintained. Parking is free, but limited spaces on site. Valet is provided free for parking your car next door at Sheraton. Small, but nice workout room. Executive king suites lack business desk to work at. Found rooms to be quite and very clean.
