FALSE ADVERTISING - Parking NOT guaranteed!! They don't have adequate parking behind their security gate because either they are renting out their spaces to utility trucks and/or refuse to regulate their parking at all (e.g., allowing multiple vehicles per room). I counted to ensure that there are at least as many parking spaces as there are rooms (there are!). So why they can't solve this problem by assigning room numbers to each parking space is beyond me, unless they have a side-hustle renting out their parking spaces to folks not even staying at the hotel (I think they do!). This resulted in me needing to park my work truck full of valuable product for a trade show on the street twice near boarded up businesses and unhoused drug addicts overnight. Boo.

Pros:Nothing, other than the overnight manager Lin that was very helpful and friendly and got me out of this place. It's beyond dirty, the place is downright filthy. You probably can get Covid-19 easily here, the place looks as though it hasn't been cleaned in more than a decade.
Cons:Nothing can be done. The place needs to permanently close. It should actually be condemned as it so dirty and they certainly haven't done anything additional with cleaning through the pandemic. The place is filthy and full of very very shady folks that stay there, I think lots of drug dealings, etc. it's simply awful.

Pros:Room was clean. Free continental breakfast. Mini fridge and large closet. Good size room. Comfortable bed
Cons:The parking spots are small. I drive a compact car and I had trouble getting in and out of car because I had two large SUVs on either side. Room could use a fresh coat of paint. You can see where the paint has been touched up or furniture moved over the years. Bathroom is small. Room lacks, easy to access electrical or usb plug to recharge phones, computers, tablets, etc. Small air conditioning unit takes forever to cool the room.

Pros:I loved the staff and the ease of travel to and from this location in Anaheim. The overall decor of the place wasn't excessively modern, but provided plenty for the price that we paid during our stay. Definitely recommending more friends of ours to stay at Lemon Tree. Kudos to the staff there for making our week-long stay so comfortable!

Pros:The room was okay, like a little studio with kitchen. Nothing too spectacular.
Cons:The area seemed a little shady as some people were as well. Parking is a little a bit of a hassle. I found parking but few others don't know how to park and blocked parking for others.

Pros:I like the location and the price. If you have stayed at other hotels and compare the breakfast provided you will find out that all do the same fruit, cereal, coffee, milk, toasts and butter so it is okay. Just a little bit noisy as business gets mixed with family stays. No issues with towels or toilet paper. I like the shampoo, lotion and conditioner dispensers. Cable is not the best, but it entertains.
Cons:The cable provider they carry sucks poor program. No closet to keep your clothes separated provided.

Pros:it's a good, comfortable place to stay with kids.
Cons:They need a better breakfast especially for kids. Adults can go with coffee and a pastry, but pastry or sugar cereal aren't the best choices for kids. They could fix that by adding some yogurt and bagels and have a nice breakfast.
