The room was okay, like a little studio with kitchen. Nothing too spectacular.
The area seemed a little shady as some people were as well. Parking is a little a bit of a hassle. I found parking but few others don't know how to park and blocked parking for others.
I like the location and the price. If you have stayed at other hotels and compare the breakfast provided you will find out that all do the same fruit, cereal, coffee, milk, toasts and butter so it is okay. Just a little bit noisy as business gets mixed with family stays. No issues with towels or toilet paper. I like the shampoo, lotion and conditioner dispensers. Cable is not the best, but it entertains.
The cable provider they carry sucks poor program. No closet to keep your clothes separated provided.
it's a good, comfortable place to stay with kids.
They need a better breakfast especially for kids. Adults can go with coffee and a pastry, but pastry or sugar cereal aren't the best choices for kids. They could fix that by adding some yogurt and bagels and have a nice breakfast.
The room is big. TV is OK.
The breakfast is bad.
Rooms were not clean; no towels and when we called to get some, they do laundry onsite and the towels came damp (not fully dried); no toilet paper, had to ask for that as well. One day our room did not get service at all. We definitely will not be staying here again. Everything about the room was outdated.
FIRST: HAD TO WAIT 1 1/2 HOURS TO CHECK IN . ROOMS NOT CLEANED. HAD NO TOWELS DIRTY COFFEE POT LEFT FROM PREVIOUS TENANTS, NO TOILET PAPER HOLDER BROKEN, NO CUPS IN ROOM, EVERYDAY HAD TO GET TOWELS AND CUPS HAD TO WAIT FOR TOWELS THEY WERE BEING WASHED IN THE LAUNDRY ROOM PROVIDED FOR TENANTS. STATED HOT BREAKFAST WHICH WAS TOAST AND CEREAL. THIS WAS POSTED AS A 3 STAR WOULDNT RATE IT EVEN A 1.
The wireless connection was the best part about our stay at the Lemmon Tree. They did offer a light breakfast with a small selection and the housekeeping and desk staff were all very helpful and friendly. We also never had any issue with parking in the evening, that was nice.
The rooms are in the middle of a remodel but hopefully when they are complete they will be better. The walls were very thin and we could hear everything it seemed. The window was right on Lincoln Ave which was very noisy all night and made it hard to sleep. If you can get by that then this is a great place to stay.
There were no knives at breakfast!
felt the hotel was a bit tired and needed upgrading
I liked the goodie bag of samples that was in the bathroom. It had things you may have forgotten like toothpaste and a razor.
The in-room cooling/heating unit was a little loud when it would go off but I still could still sleep through it.
My guest + I liked that the Lemon Tree Hotel was located in a very convenient location to the areas we were visiting, which included Anaheim, New Port, Santa Monica, and Laguna Beach. Also, the kitchenette was a nice touch, as we decided to get some food from the local Trader Joes + prepare it back at the hotel one afternoon.
I think that with a little bit of money the interiors of the hotel rooms could be dramatically updated to reflect a more modern atmosphere. I think it would've helped create a more upscale feel from the beautifully decorated exterior. (I'm referring to the koi pond, garden path + pool area).
Relaxing, tranquil, family oriented and great hospitality! I would definitely stay again!
The price was right for a 1 night stay in Anaheim, CA.
Four policemen were arresting a couple in the lobby where the complimentary Breakfast was being served, at 8:15 am on a Sunday morning. Not a good experience for the rest of the hotel guests.
The price was right and we were upgraded to a better suite w/o extra charge! Nice clean facility and pool. The breakfast included yogurt, cereal, fruit and muffins/pastries plus coffee and juice. Nice big towels and lots of them.
Not the nicest part of town but we had a car so it was okay. Certainly felt safe enough just not so attractive. Grounds were well kept though.
This hotel was extremely comfortable and quaint. The Spanish influences were lovely and the staff was very welcoming.
If I were to stay at the hotel again, I would probably ask for a room that is not by the street. Once in a while, there were street noises.
location. very close to my family's house and activities. the staff were very friendly and helpful.
the sheets on the bed were in very bad condition . . . lots of cuts, like a knife. the floor was also very dirty.
