The staff received high marks for their friendliness, helpfulness, and professionalism, contributing positively to guests' experiences. However, breakfast was a common point of dissatisfaction, with many guests describing it as poor quality, limited in options, and served with disposable tableware. Overall, the hotel's charm, historic character, and service stood out, but breakfast offerings could be improved.

Pros (+) Cute and clean. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable! It had a great historic feel to it. Location was excellent.
Cons (-) You could hear the people in the room above moving around, but it's a old hotel.
