The building itself is a very old, very drab Holiday Inn from a long time ago. The walls, carpet, beds, beds, furniture are all in terrible shape, and need to be replaced. It was a very uncomfortable night sleep on the mattresses provided.

Clean rooms, with an old attic smell. Rooms are well maintained.

The carpet in my room was spotless, but you can smell the carpet needs to be replaced because of the stale smell.

I really like this hotel chain because of how large the rooms are.

i booked a smoking room, when I got there the gave me a non smoking room. So I go back to the desk to fix there mistake and the person working had to call in the boss to get me switched. Not real easy for them. But they did it. Had to take a Handicap room.

Tv remote had no batteries, the place smelled like Indian food when I walked in, the heater made a rattling noise all night, pillows were extremely wore out, the refrigerator light was out, half of the lock was missing......60 bucks poorly spent!

The deadbolt to the door wouldn't work unless jimmied. There was a gap in the door you could see outside. Stained carpet. Rusted shower bar. Rubber mat in shower covered up older mat that was peeling and partially removed.

Smell, alarm didn't work, bathroom fan was loud, no night light in fact very little light in the room, traffic construction

room size was wonderful. Plenty of room for 2 kids and 1 adult - loved it

The location was great for accessing shopping and food, etc... The staff was very friendly and the pool area was great

When we checked in to the room we found that the toilet seat was cracked, literally in half. They did fix it though in a reasonable amount of tine

The location right off the interstate. The room had a separate room for our 5 yr daughter to sleep in

The pull out couch was broken and it never got repaired.

Outdated rooms and hallways. Pool area was packed. Would be nice if they had adults only pool hours later in evening. Parking lot and sidewalk very icy and littered with dog feces. Polite staff.

Location is perfect: Rink is near, mall is as well.

I got ice from the machine our first evening. Got up to the room to make a drink and found shredded plastic in the ice! Lots of it. I spit out several pieces. The next day I brought pieces of plastic to the front desk; got little response! Stay elsewhere!
