The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. There is a lot to do nearby.
I had to wait a short time before my room was ready.
Close to everthing, including Marta station. Cozy atmosphere perfect when traveling alone.
The room ventilation system was rather loud when running. When it was off, I could hear children playing through it from the next room over.
Great location. Great Staff. Always friendly and helpful.
great staff and location right on the free trolley line
tiny odd shaped room, I could barely squeeze past the shower to reach the toilet, restaurant was creepy, wouldn't eat there
The staff was excellent and the premises were spotless.
Only thing that we did not like was no lunch available upon the premises.
Great downtown location in same area as Atlanta's 5-star flagship hotels, but much cheaper. Steps from Peachtree Center MARTA station. Clean, quiet, comfortable, recently renovated property. Staff were very friendly & helpful.
The location it was surrounded by everything in walking distance and the rail line
The location was really convenient
I never got maid service n the first day, and then when they came the next day they never refilled coffee or any coffee cups. The room had hardwood floors and it was dusty. The maid service was terrible.
Location was good
The people that worked there are rude. Not behind the desk but everyone else
Location was ideal for downtown. Able to walk to food and entertainment.
Could update elevators and entry.
Location was amazing!
Under construction which didn't bother me as much as the actual noise from outside.
The hotel was convenient to walk to a concert at Philips Arena
The lady at the front desk was very rude when we checked out
The room was too small.
Very clean room, courteous staff, good location.
It was very noisy. The other guest noises from the room above and in the coridors made it difficult to sleep. The bathroom was very elegantly designed but poorly lit, making makeup difficult.
Extremely high parking fee
Cleanliness and location of the hotel were excellent.
Front desk staff needs to learn the 10 foot rule. The morning we checked out we walked by the front desk 6 times and the two girls working never greeted us once.
The bathroom had nice finishes and shower was above expectations.
Our room was a queen bed, not even king, and was a small corner room.
They entered my room an hour before check out time. There was no parking so I had to use the parking deck across the street. I was there for 11 hours and the parking attendant charged me for 2 days. That was $32. Sign said $6 weekend special.
Everything was in walking distance.
No hotel free parking.
We wanted to watch the world cup, only available in the lobby, channel wasn't in the rooms. There was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom
Room was great
Paying for parking
it was indicated that it had free breakfast but we were told it depended on out room rate- false advertisement.
Location was great for where we needed to be, but hotel itself is not what I typically expect for this chain. Price was high for what it was and parking was too expensive
Everything they held to much money for incidentals and charged my card twice
Room is very congested. Not enough space for 2 adults and one small child. Only parking option is valet parking which costs twenty eight dollars per night. No other option. May be good for business travel, when company is paying for it.
Room size and room service from house keeping.
The staff at the front desk displayed excellent customer service, all of the rooms were clean and the Bistro staff was very helpful.
Housekeeper was not aware I was authorized to use the meeting room, he came into our function, told me he had to work over to re-clean room and that the guest scheduled for the room the next day had paid $4000 to use it. He was very rude to me any guests
Clean, nice, in a good location in downtown where most of the main tourist attractions and marta are within walking distance.
Valet parking only, and even nearby overnight parking was pretty expensive.
The decor was beautiful!
The staff were uneducated and tacky. The parking is horrible! No one was at the valet stand or the Starbucks counter. Not to mention I was told upon arrival I needed a $200 deposit to stay one night. Very unorganized!
Staff and parking
Staff, high security, modern and classy
Very small room, very small restroom, not much space, very bad location, extra expensive valet parking $28 for a night!
The hotel itself was great. The bed slept good, it was clean, and we loved the shower.
Parking AWFUL- I was giving my husband a surprise 40th Birthday Party. We checked in, got dressed, and left for the party. The parking garage for the hotel had only 1 attendant working and we was stuck in the garage for an hour and half. Missed the party
Wasn't an overall bad experience but the rooms were very small. Our room was next to the elevator so we heard people all night into the next morning. No room service but there is a restaurant and Starbucks
Barely enough room for 2 people in the room
No free parking they charge$ 25:00
No parking fee for parking $25:00
We stayed the weekend and the room was very clean and neat. The employees were so friendly and courteous from the time we entered the hotel until we departed on Sunday. I will recommend to my family friends. The hotel was located downtown and we were able to walk to a lot of the places we wanted to visits.
We loved this hotel! We were in town for the Falcons-Saints game and this was the perfect location. We were able to walk to the Georgia Dome without having to get in all that traffic and finding a place to park. The staff was excellent! Very friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. I loved the shower! I just wish they had a free breakfast included. I will remember this hotel on my next trip.
