Staff was great. Unfortunately the sidewalk areas in front of the hotel were filled w garbage. Doors were locked when we arrived w no doorman. Stairs were roped off. Bar closed at 9. Breakfast was only menu based. Rooms were clean and pillows fluffy, but overall for a downtown hotel could use some improvement.
Cons. Peeling wallpaper, Horrible view, Slow drains. The valet takes an hour to do anything. Then they get lazy and just park your car on the street. I can do that for free.
